Method of preparation:First, you need to make the dough: put the butter in a bowl and melt it in a double boiler. If you have a microwave, put the product in it. Now it's time to make a delicious custard. Keep in mind that all the ingredients should be at room temperature. Separate the yolk from the white and set the latter aside - it can be used in another dish. Pour pasteurized milk and the yolk into a small container and stir. It should be noted that it is not recommended to pour in sugar right away, otherwise the egg may curdle and you will have to start all over again.
