  • 2/3 cups of flour

  • one package of instant gelatin
  • Peach syrup - 300 milliliters

Cooking method: Start making a cake with kneading dough for the cake. To do this, whisk one egg with plain and vanilla sugar to an airy homogeneous mass. After small handfuls add flour, which must first be sifted, do not forget to enter the baking powder. Now mix well with the spoon the mixture and mix the elastic dough. If it comes out too liquid, add more flour. Then oil the vegetable (if desired, then creamy) with the wall oil and the bottom of the mold and lay out the dough. Cover it with a piece of foil and send it to the oven. The fact that the cake is uniformly propeksya on all sides, it will take about thirty minutes. At the same time the oven temperature should not be more than 180 degrees. Then remove the product and remove from it with a knife tip, and also remove from the middle of the crumb.   • two oranges
  • 500 milliliters of sour cream
  • a cup of sugar
  • 20 grams of gelatin

Cooking method: Let's start with the basis for the cake - the dough for the cake. To make it, whip with a special whisk or mixer, eggs, then pour the sugar and mix until the sweet ingredient finally dissolves. Soda should be extinguished with vinegar and together with flour, do not forget to sift through the sieve beforehand, and add the sour cream into the egg mixture. Stir the dough, because it should get a little denser than what you do for a pancake. Form the baking sheet with parchment, pour the resulting mass into it and send it to the oven for half an hour. When the product is browned and ready, remove it, cool and cut into large rectangular pieces. Now the turn of jelly. For its preparation, pour water with instant gelatin and leave until it swells, which will take ten to fifteen minutes. Bowl with this mixture put on the fire and hold, while not bringing to a boil, until the product dissolves. Whisk with a fork or a whisk of sour cream and sugar and here enter ready gelatin, mix everything well. As for the fruit jelly you bought in the store, make it according to the manufacturer's instructions on the package, but add 80 milliliters less water than stated in the instructions. The form in which you baked the cake, wash and dry, then cover again with special paper and lay out a layer of oranges and banana, previously peeled and cut into slices. Now gently pour the fruit jelly and put it in the fridge. When it has solidified, pour half of the resulting portion of sour cream mixture on top and put it in the cold again. Then lay out the last two layers, which consist of pieces of cake and the remaining jelly from sour cream. The product should be in the refrigerator for at least five hours. When the cake is completely ready, lower the shape with it into hot water and hold for a few minutes - after that you can easily extract the dessert.
