To prepare this dish you will need:
- cucumber - 1 pc.
- celery - 1 stalk
- salt - 1 pinch
- apple (red) - 1/2 pc.
- chilled amazu - 1-2 tbsp.
Amazu sauce apple cider vinegar - 100 g sugar– 4 tbsp. salt – 1 tsp. Start with the amazu sauce. To do this, pour apple cider vinegar into a small container and put it on low heat, add sugar and salt. Cook over low heat until the sugar and salt melt. After which the sauce needs to be cooled. Wash the cucumbers, peel them and cut into medium-sized cubes. Peel the celery (roots), wash and cut into ribbons or strips. Wash and peel the cucumbers, cut themslices and boil in salted water for 7-10 minutes. Mix the yolk, yogurt and mayonnaise. Whisk the sauce, season it with salt, ground black pepper and half of the finely chopped dill.
