Let's try to cook something tasty andand at the same time a healthy salad. And not just any salad, but an exquisite one, even aristocratic. A salad in which our native and most Russian fruits are combined with exotic and foreign shellfish. Yes, fruits and seafood, apples and squid. An unusual combination, isn't it? And yet we will treat ourselves to a salad of squid and apples. Believe me, it is very, very tasty, and also filling and not heavy on the stomach. Shall we try it?
Spicy salad
This spicy squid salad with apples takes very little time to prepare, and the special taste is provided by the combination of fruit and shellfish meat. Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh or frozen squid;
- 5 eggs;
- An Apple;
- Head of onions;
- 100 g of mayonnaise;
- A bunch of greenery;
- Salt.
Preparation:Defrost the squid carcasses, clean them of entrails, mucus, skin and cartilage and boil. To make the squid soft, put them in boiling water and cook for no longer than three minutes. Cool the boiled squid and cut into small cubes. Boil the eggs for the salad, also cool them, peel and chop finely. Peel the apples, cut out the hard core and cut the flesh into cubes. Chop the peeled onion. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add salt and mayonnaise to taste, mix and transfer to a salad bowl. Sprinkle with chopped herbs on top.
Glamorous salad
Let's add some glamour to a squid and apple salad? Orange and a light vinaigrette sauce made from vegetable oil and vinegar will help us do this. Ingredients:
- 300 g squid;
- An Apple;
- A large pod of sweet pepper;
- Half a can of canned sweet corn;
- 100 g of cheese;
- Orange;
- Vegetable oil;
- Table vinegar;
- Leaf salad;
- Salt;
- Chili powder (ground).
Preparation:Defrost the squid carcasses, clean them from the film, mucus, cartilage and entrails. Boil the squid by lowering the carcasses into boiling salted water and boiling for no longer than three minutes. Then cool and cut into strips. Wash the bell pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds and membranes and cut the pepper halves into strips. Peel the fresh (preferably green) apple, cut out the hard core and chop the pulp on a coarse grater. Using a grater, turn the cheese into cheese shavings. Peel the orange and separate it into slices. If possible, remove the white fibers and cut each slice into small pieces. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and line a shallow salad bowl or serving dish (large plate) with them. Place the salad on top in layers, having previously divided all the prepared ingredients in half:
- squid;
- Bell pepper;
- apples;
- oranges;
- corn.
Repeat all the layers again and pour over the salad.sauce. For the sauce, mix two tablespoons of vegetable oil with a tablespoon of vinegar, add salt and black pepper. Beat the sauce with a fork until it becomes cloudy. Put the prepared salad in the refrigerator to cool and soak for about half an hour.
Quick salad
A quick version of a salad with squid and apple.And it turns out to be quick due to a small set of products, of which only the squid and quail eggs themselves require preliminary preparation. Ingredients:
- 700 g of squid;
- 2 fresh apples;
- 4 quail eggs;
- 3 tablespoons of green peas;
- Mayonnaise.
Preparation:We process the squid carcasses by defrosting, cleaning and boiling them. Cut the cooled carcasses into strips. Cool the hard-boiled quail eggs, peel them and cut each into four parts. Now let's work on the apples. We won't need the apple peel, so we cut it off and cut the apples themselves into thin petals, having first removed the hard core with seeds. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add green peas and mayonnaise, mix the salad and taste.
Delicate salad
The name of this salad with squid and apples fully corresponds to its taste – delicate and slightly tart. Ingredients:
- 2 large squid carcasses;
- A large fresh apple;
- 120 g of cheese;
- A handful of peeled walnuts;
- A handful of peeled pine nuts;
- A bunch of green parsley;
- Salt;
- Lemon juice;
- Olive oil.
Preparation:Clean the defrosted squid carcasses, rinse in cold water and boil them in a saucepan with boiling water. Boil the squid for three minutes, let them cool and cut into rings, then sprinkle with lemon juice. Grind the cheese using a coarse grater, and finely chop the washed and dried parsley. Grind the nuts, fry in a dry frying pan and cool. Peel the apple, cut out the core, cut the flesh into very small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Layer the salad in bowls, wide wine glasses or glasses:

Drizzle the salad with a mixture of lemon juice and olive oil.
Spartan salad
