Then cover it with a towel and leave it to rise for forty minutes (or a little more). While the dough is rising, let's make the filling. First, fry the minced meat in hot vegetable oil, throw it in a colander and cool. Cut the tomatoes into rings, and the pepper into cubes, chop the greens and grate the cheese. Knead the risen dough again and form a thin base (no thicker than five millimeters). Place the base on a greased baking sheet, grease it with ketchup and sprinkle with a little cheese. Preparation:For the dough, mix the yeast with sugar, dilute it in warm milk and wait until it foams (in about ten minutes). Pour the flour into a bowl, add salt, pour in the butter and milk with the yeast. Next, knead the soft dough (if it turns out too soft, add water) and leave it to rise, covering it with a towel and putting it in a warm place. For the filling, fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil, add the minced meat, chopped mushrooms, herbs and tomatoes. Fry the filling in a frying pan with the lid open for about ten minutes, cool and mix with grated cheese. Roll out a large round flatbread from the dough, put the filling on half of it, cover with the other half of the dough and pinch the edges. We put our pizza on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, slightly roll the "pie", giving it a crescent shape, grease the top with egg yolk and sprinkle with a small amount of grated cheese. Finally, pierce it in several places with a knife or fork and put it in the oven. In twenty minutes, the calzone is ready. Which recipe do you like more?
