One of the simplest recipes. After all, we will use the dough for this pie - frozen puff. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1 kg of apples;
  • 2 cup crushed cranberries;
  • Half a cup of thick cream;
  • One third of a glass of flour;
  • 2 tablespoons butter.

Preparation: First we will prepare the filling for the pie. For this, apples are mine, cleaned and cut into small cubes. In total, we need about four cups of chopped apples. Cranberries knead in mashed potatoes. Now we pour out sugar, cinnamon and flour into the bowl, add chopped apples and cranberry puree, and then beat the stuffing. Turn on the oven and leave it to warm up to 200-220 degrees. The dough is divided into two parts (one slightly more). Most of the spread on a flour-strewn table and roll it into a round cake. Now we put this cake in a baking dish, closing its bottom and sides. The dough should go on the sides of the mold to a height of about three centimeters. We spread the filling on the dough, and sprinkle the top with the shavings from the butter. The edge of the cake is sprinkled with water. The remaining dough is also rolled into a round cake and we cover the cake from above. We pierce this layer of dough in several places, and then we patch the edges and level them. We put the cake in the oven and leave it for fifteen minutes. Now we reduce the temperature in the oven to 180 degrees and bake our patty for another forty minutes. We take out the pie, quickly make a few cuts on it and pour cream in them. Again, put the form in the oven for five minutes. And now the pie is ready! We take it out of shape only when it cools. Apple pie from yolk dough


  • 2 cups of flour;
  • 1 egg;
  • 5 egg yolks;
  • 150 g of butter;
  • 150 g of granulated sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar;
  • Half a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • 2 large apples;
  • 150 g of cranberries.

Preparation: Cranberries for the filling can be taken both fresh and frozen. So, the berries are washed and let them dry. Apple also mine, we remove the skin from them, and cut the flesh into slices. To cut apples not darkened, they can be sprinkled with lemon juice. And now make the dough. Soft butter is transferred into a bowl and beat it. Then add the sugar and vanilla sugar and grind this mass white, then break one egg into it and mix it again. We pour yolks into the oil mixture and again thoroughly mix until the mass becomes homogeneous. Sift flour, mix it with a baking powder and pour it into a bowl, then knead the dough. Boneless cranberries are added to the finished dough and mixed gently. Turn on the oven and let it warm up to 180 degrees. We bake the baking mold with vegetable oil and transfer the dough into it. From above place the apple slices, lightly pressing them into the dough, and sprinkle with sugar. We bake the cake for about an hour.

Pie with cranberries and apples on sour cream


  • A glass of flour;
  • A teaspoon of baking powder;
  • 5 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 100 g of butter;
  • 2 fresh apples.

To fill:

  • Half a glass of cranberry;
  • Half a glass of sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • A teaspoon of cinnamon;
  • A tablespoon of flour.

  • 1 egg white;

To pour the berries cranberries crushed in puree, mixed with flour and spices. Now, this mixture is poured on top of the apples and we send the form with the cake to the oven, where we leave it for thirty minutes. During this time, you need to prepare an ornament. Chilled protein whisked with sugar and lemon juice in a thick, thick foam. If you turn the dishes upside down, the protein from it does not fall out, then the foam is ready. After half an hour after the start of baking, we take out the pie from the oven and decorate it with the top whipped protein, drawing arbitrary patterns.   • A glass of oatmeal;
  • Incomplete glass of flour;
  • A quarter of a glass of chopped nuts;
  • Half a teaspoon of baking soda;
  • 3 tablespoons of honey;
  • 3 tablespoons of milk;
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

In the filling:

  • 3 fresh apples;
  • Handful of cranberry;
  • Tablespoon of starch;
  • 2 eggs;
  • A quarter teaspoon of cinnamon;
  • A glass of natural yoghurt;
  • Pinch of vanillin.

Preparation: The dough is made quickly. Therefore, beforehand turn on the oven and warm it to 200 degrees. Apples are cleaned and cut into slices. In a separate bowl, mix the oat flakes with nuts, flour, honey and soda. Gradually pour in the milk and vegetable oil, knead the dough. We spread it into the oiled form with an even layer and pierce it in several places. From above put a layer of apple slices and cranberries. We fill the pie with cream - yogurt, mixed with eggs, starch, honey and cinnamon. We send the form to the oven and bake the cake for ten minutes.   • A glass of flour;
  • A teaspoon of baking powder;
  • 100 g of butter;
  • 150 g of cranberry;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 fresh apple;

  • Half a glass of sour cream;
  • Pinch of vanillin.
