I want to cook something not too tricky, but tasty, and something that everyone without exception would like. Of course, there are options, but perhaps the first thing that comes to mind is pizza. It’s not very difficult, the ingredients are everything that is in the refrigerator, and it’s probably impossible to find a person who doesn’t like this wonderful Italian flatbread with filling. So, pizza? With a spicy filling? Then definitely pizza with chicken and pineapple. We start, as always, with the dough, which this time we’ll try to make with a sponge.
Pizza with chicken and pineapple
Ingredients for the dough:
- 3 cups flour
- sachet of dry yeast
- a glass of warm water
- a tablespoon of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
How to make pizza dough:Mix half a glass of flour with yeast and sugar, pour in water and knead the liquid dough. Put it in a warm place so that the dough ferments and rises. Add flour (the dough should not be too hard), salt, olive oil, knead everything well and leave in a warm place for another 40 minutes - the dough should increase in volume by about twice. Ingredients for the filling:
- 300-400 grams of chicken fillet (boiled, fried, smoked)
- can of canned pineapple
- a small juicy bulb (shallot, white onion, but not bulbous)
- red bell pepper
- 150 grams of hard cheese
- 150 ml of hot tomato sauce
How to make pizza Cut the filletsmall pieces, onion - thin half rings, pepper - thin slices. Grate the cheese. Roll out the dough into a fairly thin flatbread and grease with hot sauce. You can use a ready-made sauce that you like, or you can make a homemade one using tomatoes and all the spices that you like. Put the sliced fillet, pineapple slices, onion and pepper on the dough, sprinkle with grated cheese. Grease the edges of the pizza with olive oil. Bake until done at 200 degrees. Note: If you overcook the pizza in the oven, the dough may become tough.
Spicy pizza with chicken and pineapple
Ingredients:
- dough for pizza (recipe see above)
- 2 chicken breasts
- can of canned pineapple (slices)
- juicy bulb
- 100 grams of bacon
- 150 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 150 ml of hot sauce
- on several circles of Bulgarian pepper (red, yellow, green)
- basil
Method of preparation:Boil the chicken breasts with the spices you like. Cool and cut into slices. Roll out the dough, spread with hot tomato sauce and put the filling: chicken fillet, pineapple, thinly sliced onion and pepper, mozzarella and bacon. Bake the chicken and pineapple pizza until done in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Sprinkle with green basil when serving. Note: This pizza has a really piquant taste, which is given by the combination of pineapple, tender chicken fillet and smoked bacon. At the same time, it also looks very bright and festive.
Pizza with smoked chicken and pineapple
Ingredients:

- 2 smoked breasts
- canned canned pineapple slices
- 150 grams of bacon
- 150 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 1 onion
- 150 ml of hot tomato sauce
- can of sharp olives
- basil
Method of preparation:Roll out the dough, spread with hot sauce and put the filling: sliced smoked chicken breast, pineapple, finely chopped onion, olives, bacon and mozzarella cheese. Bake the pizza at 200 degrees until fully cooked. Before serving, garnish with fresh basil. As already noted, you can use any type of chicken for the filling: boiled, fried, smoked. It is not necessary to put only chicken fillet in the filling, legs and other parts of the chicken are also suitable.
