For the filling:
- 4 fresh apples;
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar;
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
Preparation:Turn on the oven in advance and leave it to heat up to 180-200 degrees. Wash the apples, peel them and remove the hard core. Grease the baking dish with butter or vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Now put the sliced apples on the bottom of the dish, sprinkle them with ground cinnamon and prepare the dough. Break the raw eggs into a bowl, add sugar, a pinch of salt and grind the mass until white. Then take a mixer, pour kefir into the egg-sugar mixture and beat.
