Therefore, the best option is to achieve a dough consistency reminiscent of thick sour cream. Fry the dish in preheated oil. If you put the dough on a frying pan that is not hot enough, the zucchini pancakes will stick to the bottom and will not be very fluffy. You can eat the dish both hot and cold. Fry the pancakes on each side for 5 minutes. But everything depends on the degree of heating. It is important to ensure that the dish does not burn. As soon as the pancakes become fluffy, acquire a pleasant, appetizing crispy crust and an incredibly beautiful golden hue, you can remove them from the frying pan.
