  • 30 days

Eat frequently (with breaks of no more than 3 hours), andnot much (250 g servings). For the next four weeks, forget about ready-made products like fast food, canned food, cakes - everything you eat, cook yourself. Drink as much warm water and tea as possible (30 ml per day per 1 kg of weight). Sample menu: porridge for the first breakfast, a slice of cheese and an apple for the second, thick soup and salad for lunch, leave the second course for an afternoon snack, seafood with vegetables and a slice of bread for dinner, drink a glass of kefir before bed.

  • 10 days

Eliminate flour and sweets from your dietfruits. For breakfast, eat not boiled, but slightly scalded oatmeal, before and after lunch, consisting of one (!) dish, snack on walnuts and dried apricots, for dinner, limit yourself to a vegetable salad dressed with lemon juice.

  • 3 days

Make December 20 and 30 fasting days:On the first day, divide 750 g of tomatoes and 750 g of cucumbers into 10 parts, eat them alternately, and on the second day, enjoy 800 g of boiled chicken (8 servings of 100 g). On December 31, return to your usual diet so as not to get hungry by midnight.

The only sweet thing you can afford is marshmallowsor marmalade, and give up spices, smoked foods, pickles and marinades, they whet your appetite. If you feel heavy because you overdid it with your favorite Olivier salad, then sit for a day on diluted freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (1.5 liters of juice per 1.5 liters of water) - and then you can easily spend the rest of the weekend without any strict restrictions.

The main thing is not to overeat:To do this, each time you sit down at the table, put a small bowl of salad leaves and greens in front of you, and only after emptying it, start on the main dishes. Treat yourself to sweets strictly until 16:00, and after 19:00, lock the refrigerator. And be sure to count carbohydrates: if you ate pasta for dinner, then for breakfast, instead of porridge, make yourself an omelet from 2 eggs.
