Eat often (with interruptions not more than 3 hours), andnot much (portions of 250 grams). In the next four weeks, forget about ready-made foods like fast food, canned food, cakes - all that you eat, cook yourself. Drink as much warm water and tea as possible (30 ml per day for 1 kg of weight).
