Pizza and post - concepts at first glanceincompatible. But this is only at first glance. In fact, it is quite possible to cook lean pizza. Therefore, lovers of this Italian dish, which also keep a fast, may not give up pizza, but prepare its lean version. And more lean pizza is quite suitable for the followers of vegetarianism. Therefore, we suggest you choose a recipe for a "light" pizza.
Recipe for a very famous Italian pizza, whichstill called pizza with garlic. Excellent taste, "elegant" look and lean composition. By the way, this pizza is cooked on a thick cake, which makes it even nourishing. Ingredients:
- 1 cup (faceted) flour;
- Olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon of dry yeast or 10 g of fresh;
- The fourth part of a teaspoon of salt.
- 5-6 ripe tomatoes;
- 4 garlic cloves;
- 1 tablespoon chopped oregano;
- 1 pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Preparation: First mix dry yeast with sugar and a couple of tablespoons of flour and dilute it all with warm water (two tolv spoons). We knead the spoon and leave it (for half an hour) to approach in a warm place. While the lobster rises, let's deal with the filling. With tomatoes, peel the skin, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small pieces. In the saucepan, warm up a couple of tablespoons of olive (or other vegetable) oil and put into it slices of tomatoes. Extinguish everything for five minutes, and then put the tomatoes in a strainer to express the excess juice. After the excess liquid drains, turn the tomatoes in puree with a blender or we rub them through a sieve. While we were engaged in stuffing, the opara managed to rise. Now we pour out the rest of the flour on the table with a slide, make a deepening in it and spread the spit into this cavity. There also add salt and about half a glass of water, after which we knead the dough. Dough with your hands, making sure that it becomes elastic-soft and elastic. Leave the dough for an hour. When the volume of the test is doubled, we spread it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, and we form a round cake, which we grease with olive oil. On the cake put the tomato puree, chopped garlic and oregano, add salt and freshly ground pepper. We send pizza to a hot oven and bake for about twenty minutes. We serve the table hot.
Simple Lenten Pizza
In fact, a very simple pizza recipe, which perfectly fits to the lean table. Ingredients:
- 1 glass of water;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 packet of yeast (high-speed);
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 3 cups of flour.
- Fresh tomatoes;
- Bulb onions;
- Olives are black;
- Sweet pepper;
- Pickled cucumbers.
Preparation: Yeast is mixed with salt and sugar, add flour and, gradually pouring water and oil, knead the dough. The dough can be made steep enough to roll it out, but you can knead and not very thick dough, which then simply smudge on the baking tray. The mixed dough is left to be approached, and we will tackle the filling, the ingredients for which we take in an arbitrary quantity. We'll wash tomatoes and peppers, and from the pepper we also take out the seeds. We will cut the onion with semirings, circles olives and tomatoes, cucumber cubes and onion rings. We put the dough on a baking sheet covered with oil (or oiled) with baking paste, we form a pizza cake from it and spread a little ketchup on it. Then lay onions onions, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and peppers. We pour on top with lean mayonnaise. We send the pan to the hot oven and after about twenty or thirty minutes our lean pizza is ready.
Lenten pizza with mushrooms
Just a magical pizza recipe. The fact is that outwardly this pizza does not at all seem lean. In fact, there is nothing short of it. So for those who are fasting, this pizza is the most suitable dish. Ingredients:
- 1 packet of fast-acting yeast;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- 2 cups of flour;
- 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Bulgarian pepper;
- Postal mayonnaise;
Preparation: In the bowl we pour out the yeast, add sifted flour, sugar, oil, salt and water to them. After that, knead the dough (soft and elastic) and form a pizza cake out of it. Trays are sprinkled with flour and spread on it a cake. We leave the flat cake to go straight to the baking tray and prepare the filling. For my filling and cleanse the seeds of the Bulgarian pepper, which is then cut into cubes, mine and chop the greens. Cut slices or plates of pickles, and mushrooms lightly fry in a pan. The frying pan should be almost dry, then the mushrooms on it will only be slightly baked and not greasy. After that, grease the cake with lean mayonnaise, mixed with ketchup and lay out on it salted cucumbers. On top of the cucumbers put the mushrooms, and on them we lay out the cubes of pepper. Bake pizza in a preheated oven for about fifteen minutes. When our lean pizza is ready, sprinkle it with herbs and serve it to the table.
Stuffings for lean pizza
The recipe for toppings for lean pizza you can think of yourself, using available lean products for this. For example, such ingredients:
- Mushrooms fried with onion (fresh or frozen);
- Canned pineapple;
- Any home-made canned salad (for example, lecho or a salad of courgettes).
Or another "spontaneous" recipe, including quite usual ingredients:
- Boiled friable rice;
- Boiled potatoes, cut into slices;
- Fried mushrooms;
- Green pea.
