Pizza "Marinara"
Recipe for a very famous Italian pizza,which is also called garlic pizza. Excellent taste, "smart" look and lean composition. By the way, this pizza is prepared on a thick flatbread, which makes it also filling. Ingredients:
- 1 cup (faceted) flour;
- Olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon of dry yeast or 10 g of fresh;
- The fourth part of a teaspoon of salt.
For the filling:
- 5-6 ripe tomatoes;
- 4 garlic cloves;
- 1 tablespoon chopped oregano;
- 1 pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Preparation:First, mix dry yeast with sugar and a couple of tablespoons of flour and dilute it all with warm water (two tablespoons). Knead the dough and leave it to rise (for half an hour) in a warm place. While the dough is rising, let's make the filling. Peel the tomatoes, take out the seeds and cut the pulp into small pieces. Heat a couple of tablespoons of olive (or other vegetable) oil in a saucepan and put the tomato pieces in it. Simmer everything for five minutes, and then put the tomatoes in a sieve to drain off excess juice. After the excess liquid has drained, turn the tomatoes into puree using a blender or rub them through a sieve. While we were making the filling, the dough had time to rise. Now we pour all the remaining flour onto the table in a heap, make a depression in it and put the dough into this depression. Add salt and about half a glass of water, then knead the dough. Knead the dough with your hands, making sure that it becomes elastic-soft and flexible. Leave the dough to rise for an hour. When the dough has doubled in volume, put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and form a round flatbread, which we grease with olive oil. Put tomato puree, sliced garlic and oregano on the flatbread, add salt and freshly ground pepper. Put the pizza in a hot oven and bake for about twenty minutes. Serve hot.

- Fresh tomatoes;
- Bulb onions;

Leave the kneaded dough to rise, and we ourselves will deal with the filling, the ingredients for which we take in arbitrary quantities. Wash the tomatoes and peppers, and also remove the seeds from the pepper. Cut the onion into half rings, olives and tomatoes into circles, cucumbers into cubes and onion into rings. Put the risen dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper (or greased with oil), form a pizza pancake out of it and spread a little ketchup on it. Then put onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and peppers in layers on the dough. Pour lean mayonnaise on top. We put the baking tray into a hot oven and in about twenty to thirty minutes our Lenten pizza is ready.
Lenten pizza with mushrooms
Simply a magical pizza recipe.The thing is that this pizza does not look like a Lenten pizza at all. In fact, there is nothing Lenten about it. So for those who are fasting, this pizza is the most suitable dish. Ingredients:
- 1 packet of fast-acting yeast;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- 2 cups of flour;
- 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
For the filling:
- Mushrooms;
- Pickle;
- Bulgarian pepper;
- Postal mayonnaise;
- Ketchup;
- Greenery.
Preparation:Pour yeast into a bowl, add sifted flour, sugar, butter, salt and water. Then knead the dough (soft and elastic) and form a pizza flatbread out of it. Sprinkle a baking sheet with flour and place the flatbread on it. Leave the flatbread to rise right on the baking sheet and prepare the filling. For the filling, wash and seed the bell pepper, then cut it into cubes, wash and chop the greens. Cut the pickles into strips or slices, and lightly fry the mushrooms in a frying pan. The frying pan should be almost dry, then the mushrooms will only bake a little on it and will not be greasy. After that, grease the flatbread with lean mayonnaise mixed with ketchup and place the pickles on it. Place the mushrooms on top of the cucumbers, and lay out the pepper cubes on top of them. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven for about fifteen minutes. When our Lenten pizza is ready, sprinkle it with herbs and serve.
