- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar

Method of preparation:Mannik with kefir and apples is prepared as follows. Pour kefir over semolina and leave for 20 minutes. Add soda, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, sifted flour. - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar
Method of preparation:Mix eggs and sugar thoroughly, then add sour cream, semolina, soda and salt. Knead a homogeneous, not very thick dough from the resulting mass and leave for half an hour. Peel the apples and cut into cubes. Grease the baking dish with butter. Put the apples on the bottom of the dish, and then the dough on top. Bake the manna in the oven for half an hour. Ingredients:
- 250 gr. semolina
- 250 gr. kefir
- 250 gr. flour
- 150 gr. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 250 gr. sour cream
- 5 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 100 gr. grated chocolate
Method of preparation:How to bake a manna in the microwave? Mix kefir and semolina and leave for 15-20 minutes. Melt the butter, then add sugar, eggs and add the resulting mass to the kefir with semolina. Add flour, baking powder and mix thoroughly. Place the dough in a glass baking dish designed for the microwave. Leave for 6-7 minutes, at 600 watts. After the manna is baked, cut it in half. Grease each cake with whipped sour cream and sugar.
