Cooking method: First we prepare the base for the pizza: mix the wheat and bread flour in a bowl, dry yeast, honey, refined olive oil and warm boiled water in a separate bowl. In the resulting mixture, pour a third of the "composite" flour and beat with a mixer until smooth. Cover with a clean towel or food film, heat wrap and leave for 20 minutes. In the spit add the remaining flour, salt. Stir well to avoid lumps. Again, cover the dough and leave for an hour and a half - the mass will increase in volume (twice).   • 200 grams of sausage (to your taste)
  • 150-200 grams of cheese

Cooking method: Yeast dilute in 250 milliliters of warm boiled water, add half a teaspoon of sugar - insist for about 10 minutes. Mix the flour and salt in a separate bowl. In the resulting mixture pour water with yeast, add olive oil, well knead and leave in the heat for 20-25 minutes.
