  • Half a glass of sugar;
  • 2 cups of flour;
  • A packet of baking powder;
  • 1 packet of margarine.

For the filling:

  • 4-5 apples;
  • A pack (250 grams) of soft curds;
  • Half a glass of sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • Pinch of vanillin.

Preparation:First, grate the cooled margarine on a coarse grater or chop finely with a knife. Now pour flour, baking powder and sugar into a bowl with margarine. Then rub everything into crumbs with your hands. If the dough sticks to your hands, you can add a little flour - the crumbs should be quite dry. At this point, we can consider our grated dough ready. It's time for the filling. But first, we turn on the oven to heat it up to 200-220 degrees. Then wash and peel the apples, remove the hard core with seeds, and cut the pulp into very thin slices. In a separate bowl, rub soft (without grains) cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla and two raw eggs. Take a mold (dry!) ​​and pour two thirds of our grated dough into it, distributing it in an even layer. Place apple slices on top of the crumbs - in a circle and overlapping. And pour the curd cream on top. Pour the cream gradually, using a tablespoon, so that it spreads in an even layer. Now pour the remaining flour crumbs as a third layer and put them in the pie pan in the oven. As soon as the top of the pie is browned, it can be taken out of the oven. But not out of the pan! It is necessary for the pie to cool completely in the pan. And carefully remove the already cooled dessert and transfer it to a plate.
