  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 cups of flour;
  • Half a pack of margarine or butter;
  • Half a teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
  • 1 cup of kefir;
  • Half a teaspoon of salt;
  • Half a teaspoon of baking soda.

Filling:

  • 1 cup of sour cream;
  • Half a glass of sugar;
  • One and a half cup of cranberries.

Preparation: The egg is broken into a bowl, mixed with sugar and whipped. Then add kefir, vanilla sugar, salt and baking soda.
