Cooking time - 20 minutes. For 2 servings you will need:

  • 500 g of ripe tomatoes;
  • 120 g of unsweetened cheese;
  • 1.5 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil;
  • 1 pressed garlic clove through the press;
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of chopped green basil;
  • salt.

Wash the tomatoes and dry them with paper towels.Cut out the attachment points of the stalks and cut the pulp into small cubes. Chop the feta cheese with a fork and add to the tomatoes.
