Admit it: you are surprised by the very fact of the existence of a recipe for salad with pasta? We somehow got used to seeing them as a side dish, refueling in soup or even a self-serving dish. But here's a salad! And in Italian cuisine, a salad is a familiar and even ordinary dish. Here, for example, a salad with pasta and ham. Let's try to cook it. And we offer you is not the only option of such a salad.
Italian salad with pasta and ham
- Beef ham - 400 grams;
- Pasta - 400 grams (1 pack);
- Red bell pepper - 1 large pod;
- Fresh cucumber - 1 piece;
- Fresh tomatoes - 4 pieces;
- Corn canned - 1 can;
Preparation: Pasta is the most common - short tubes. We boil them in salted water with a teaspoon of olive oil, and then drain the water and cool it. Now we need to prepare vegetables. Pepper is mine and we remove seeds and membranes from it. With the cucumber peel off, and the tomatoes just mine and dry. We cut all vegetables with narrow thin blocks and add them to a bowl. Add to them boiled pasta and chopped thin ham. We spread into a bowl of corn, from which we pre-merge the marinade and dress the salad with mayonnaise. Stir, add salt if necessary. Put the salad in a suitable container and take a sample. We serve chilled.
Macaroni salad with ham and vegetables
Try to surprise with such a salad of pasta and ham of your guests. It turns out not only tasty, but also very elegant due to the multi-colored vegetable mixture entering into its composition. Ingredients:
- Ham - 200 grams;
- Macaroni - a pound;
- Zucchini courgettes - a pound;
- Carrots - 3 pieces;
- Vegetable oil.
- Olive oil - incomplete glass;
- Red wine vinegar - 3 tablespoons;
- Lemon juice - a half tablespoons;
- Dried basil - 2 teaspoons;
- Salt and black pepper on your own.
Preparation: Macaroni cook in a lot of salted water with a teaspoon of olive oil. Pour them into boiling water and boil for ten minutes. After that, we throw it back in a colander, rinse it in running cold water and let it dry. Then put the pasta in a bowl, pour the sauce, mix, cover and leave for a few hours. For the sauce mix olive oil, lemon juice, wine vinegar and basil. Add salt and black ground pepper to taste and shake. When the pasta is infused, boil until ready for carrots and zucchini. Note that the vegetables should remain slightly crispy. We cool them, peel the skin and cut the flesh with narrow slabs. The ham is cut into cubes. We spread the zucchini, carrots and ham into a bowl with pasta, mix it and shift it into a salad bowl. Our salad is ready! Note: Instead of frozen vegetables, try using canned corn and green peas and boiled carrots.
Pasta salad with ham and Ricotta sauce
With such a salad of pasta and ham, you can vary the menu of the festive table. And do not be intimidated by the casualness of the macaroni included in its composition. The taste of this salad is very piquant. Ingredients:
- Macaroni (shells) - 200 grams;
- Champignons - 100 grams;
- Ham boiled and smoked - 300 grams;
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon;
- Ricotta cheese - 100 grams;
- Garlic - 1 piece;
- Sour cream - 6 tablespoons;
- French mustard - 2 tablespoons;
- Parsley (chopped) - 3 tablespoons;
- Table vinegar - 2 tablespoons;
- Salt, sugar and pepper - a quarter teaspoon;
- Green peas (freshly frozen) - 100 grams;
- Corn (freshly frozen) - 100 grams;
- Carrots (freshly frozen) - 100 grams.
- Green onions.
Preparation: Boil in salted water with olive oil shells, throw them in a colander and rinse. Frozen vegetables (carrots, corn and green peas), also boil, remove from water and cool. In the brazier we pour vegetable oil, we put in it washed and cut mushrooms and garlic and fry about five minutes. Then we put in the fry chopped parsley and continue to simmer until the moisture evaporates completely. We cut the ham into cubes. In the salad bowl we spread sour cream, mustard and vinegar, add sugar, salt and black pepper and lightly beat everything. Then we put in this mixture the chopped cheese, toasted mushrooms and boiled seashells with vegetables. In the end, add the ham and mix it well. Sprinkle the salad with chopped green onion and put into the refrigerator for about an hour. After this time, our salad with Ricotta sauce is ready!
Salad with green vermicelli and ham
We will prepare this salad with very interestingpasta - green ribbon vermicelli. However, if you do not have the opportunity to purchase such vermicelli, then other pastas will do. Ingredients:
- Green ribbon vermicelli - 200 grams;
- Ham - 100 grams;
- Fresh tomatoes - 2 pieces;
- Soft cheese - 100 grams;
- Black olives - 10 pieces;
- Pesto sauce - 2 tablespoons;
- Wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons;
- Olive oil - 5 tablespoons;
- Black pepper - 2 pinch.
