  • 600 ml cream (the fat content should be from 35%);
  • 3 full st. l. sugar or powdered sugar;
  • classic cream;
  • Mascarpone cheese 500 g;
  • 6 chicken eggs;
  • 6 tbsp. l. Sahara.

To prepare the cake you must haveSponge cake cookies in the shape of lady fingers. Savoyardi sponge cake is also suitable, but if you can’t get it, you can bake regular sponge cakes, which need to be cut after cooling. To soak the cakes, you will need strong coffee, but you need to take only natural coffee, instant coffee is not suitable for this dessert. After preparation, the coffee should cool down, after which it should be strained, add cognac and sugar. The drink should have a very sweet taste, a pronounced taste of alcohol, but not be too cloying. Prepared cream should be whipped with a mixer, starting at low speed, gradually adding powdered sugar. The overall consistency should resemble thick cream. Now take a square or rectangular dish, put a thin layer of cream on the bottom, and tightly adjoining sponge cookies on top. There are two options: you can soak the cookies in coffee before placing them in the baking tray or after the biscuit has been placed on the bottom of the baking pan. If you do not have sufficient baking skills, then it is better to prefer the second option, since too much soaked cookies can simply fall apart into pieces when you place them. Add more cream on top of the biscuit, sprinkle with cocoa. Now put the second layer of cookies, cream again, so you should get three layers (but there are no clear rules, in Italy there is a classic recipe with only one layer). Coat the Tiramisu cake on all sides with cream, which is best leveled with a long knife or a special spatula. Cocoa will be needed a little later. The resulting dessert should be put in the refrigerator for 4 hours, and it is best to do this in the evening, by morning it will be perfectly soaked and become tender.
