As soon as everything boils, reduce the heat to medium power and cook it for another 10 minutes. Do not forget to stir this soup preparation from time to time and remove the foam that has formed on the surface of the broth. Next, we take a low saucepan in which we knead the minced meat directly for the meatballs. Their recipe here includes minced meat, an egg, half of the breadcrumbs, spices and salt. Divide this mass into small pieces and twist them into medium-sized balls. Next, we need a clean, dry frying pan. We add chopped almonds, add the rest of the breadcrumbs and fry directly in a dry frying pan without adding oil for 1 minute. After that, we put the vegetables boiled in the saucepan into a saucepan with the remaining broth, and add potatoes to it, which we cut into large slices. - about 100 gr. fillets of cod,
- starch - 4 teaspoons,
- sauce - 3-5 drops,
- egg white,
- sake or wine - 1 teaspoon.
All these ingredients need to be crushedblender and form 4 large meatballs from everything that comes out. Boil them on steam or, if possible, in a steamer. This stage is complete. Next, we move on to making an omelette. This is another nuance that makes you see the uniqueness of this soup. The following products are needed for the omelette:
