Chicken soup with vegetables

To cook the first one, you need:0.3 kg chicken fillet, 1 onion, 2 large carrots, 2 tablespoons butter, 20 g flour, 150 ml milk, 1 l water, salt and pepper to taste. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, peel the onion and carrot, wash and cut into cubes. Then put all this in a pan with water and put on the fire. You can also add zucchini, but you need to put it in the broth at the very end. As soon as the broth boils, remove the foam and reduce the heat to minimum. Cook for 20-30 minutes. And if you are going to add zucchini, then you should add it 10 minutes before the vegetables are ready, pre-cut into cubes. Then you need to take the meat and vegetables out of the broth. You can remove the onion right away: we will no longer need it. Grind the chicken fillet and carrots in a blender. Now melt the butter in a frying pan and add flour to it, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Now strain the broth through a sieve, add the chopped chicken and carrot mass and bring to a boil. This dish is called exquisite becausea small amount of blue cheese will be added there. So, what ingredients do we need? Here's what we need: 0.3 kg of chicken fillet, 200 g of broccoli, 1 onion, 100 g of fresh green peas, 100 g of blue cheese, you can omit the salt, as the cheese will add piquancy to the dish. So, as usual, take the chicken fillet, cut it into pieces, boil the chicken in water. For 0.3 kg of chicken, take 1 liter of water. Cook for about 20 minutes, take out. In the same broth, we need to boil the broccoli and onion, which were also previously chopped, and green peas. Cook for about 10 minutes. Then chop the chicken and broccoli with onions and peas in a blender. Add the resulting mass to the broth and bring to a boil again. Cut the blue cheese into small cubes and put it in the broth, stirring it continuously. Add salt to taste and pepper to taste. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring it. Pour the soup into bowls, you can add croutons, but they must be made of white bread. You can sometimes treat your family with such an exquisite dish, but you should keep it in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days, as it can spoil. And the family eats this soup much earlier!
