- 50 grams of rye crumbs
- ½ tablespoon mustard
- 3 tomatoes
- 150 grams of red canned beans

Method of preparation:Wash the chicken breast, cover with cool water, add allspice, a few bay leaves and a pinch of salt. Cook for thirty minutes after the water boils. Ingredients:
- 2 sweet Bulgarian peppers
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 100 grams of rusks
- 2 cloves of garlic
- green onions, parsley, dill
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- ½ part of lemon
- Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation:Wash the tomatoes, bell peppers and cucumber, cut into cubes or strips. Crush the garlic with a knife and chop finely or pass it through a garlic press. For the dressing, mix olive oil, ground pepper, salt and the juice of half a lemon. Add chopped garlic and herbs there. Put all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, except for the croutons.
