- 2 squid carcasses;
- 2 fresh cucumbers;
- 4 eggs;
- 4 teaspoons sweet mustard;
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- Half a teaspoon of salt;
- 4 sprigs of parsley.
Preparation:Clean the squid carcasses and boil them in salted water, dipping them in boiling water for two minutes - no more. Leave the squid to cool, and in the meantime make an omelette for the salad. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly. Pour one tablespoon of oil into a small frying pan and let it heat up, then pour the eggs in and fry them, covering the pan with a lid. Let the omelette cool, put it on a cutting board and cut into small cubes. Cut the squid carcasses into squares and put them in a salad bowl. Season them with mustard and mix. Put the sliced omelette pancake there too. Wash the cucumbers, cut them into cubes and also put them in a salad bowl. Add the remaining vegetable oil and chopped parsley. Carefully mix our salad with the omelette and serve it to the table.
Vegetable salad with veal
Ingredients:
- 3 medium potatoes;
- 2 pickled cucumbers;
- 1 large carrot;
- 2 tablespoons of green peas;
- 1 large apple;
- 450 grams of veal;
- 5 eggs;
- Half a glass of sour cream;
- Incomplete glass of mayonnaise;
- Fresh greenery;
- Black pepper and salt at your discretion.
Preparation:Boil the carrots and potatoes in advance. Boil them in their skins, then cool and peel. Wash the meat, cut into thin wide slices, beat lightly and fry in vegetable oil. When the chops have cooled, cut them into thin narrow slices and put them in a bowl. Cut the carrots and potatoes into the same slices. Peel the cucumbers and apple, and cut out the hard core with seeds from the apple. After that, cut the vegetables into thin slices. Put these ingredients in a salad bowl and add green peas to them. Pour the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly. Fry the omelette in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, covering it with a lid. When the omelette pancake has cooled, put it on a cutting board and cut into thin slices. Dress the salad with mayonnaise mixed with sour cream, add ground black pepper and salt at your discretion and mix. Place omelette slices on top of the salad and sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve, pre-chilled.
Salad from the tongue
An interesting recipe for an exquisite salad with omelette and tongue. Since tongue is rightfully considered a delicacy, dishes with it are incredibly tasty. Ingredients:
- 300 grams of beef tongue;
- 3 tablespoons of canned corn;
- Mayonnaise;

- Tablespoon flour;
- Half a glass of milk;

Preparation:Boil the tongue whole, then cool it and remove the upper whitish film. Now cut the tongue into thin strips and put it in a salad bowl. Ingredients:
- 300 grams of beef pulp;
- Bank of canned corn:
- A glass of chopped walnuts;
- Head of onions;
- Fresh greenery;
- Mayonnaise;
- Salt.
For the omelette:
- 6 eggs;
- 5 tablespoons of milk;
- Vegetable oil;
- Salt.
Preparation:For this omelette salad, boil the beef in slightly salted water. To make the meat juicy, boil it whole, dip it in boiling water, and cool it without removing it from the broth. Cut the finished beef into thin strips and put it in a bowl. Now beat the eggs, mixing them with milk and salt. Bake three thin pancakes from the resulting mixture, frying them on each side in a greased frying pan. When the pancakes have cooled, cut two of them into strips, and leave the third to decorate the salad.
