Ingredients:

  • Apples are of medium size - 4 pieces;
  • Cheese hard grades - 250 g;
  • Lemon - 1 piece;
  • Kefir - 1 part glass.

Preparation: Squeeze out the juice from the lemon. The apples are mine, we peel them and cut out a hard core with seeds. We cut the flesh with thin slices (petals) and sprinkle them with lemon juice, so as not to darken. Cheese grind on a grater or cut into thin narrow plates. We shift apples and cheese into a salad bowl, fill with kefir and clean it in the refrigerator. Serve the salad chilled.

Light salad with apples, cheese and pickled onions

Ingredients:

  • Apples - 2 pieces;
  • Onion - 1 head;
  • Eggs - 2 pieces;
  • Cheese - 200 g;
  • Table vinegar;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Lemon juice;
  • Walnuts and kiwi.

Preparation: The bulb is cleaned and cut into thin semirings, which we put in a colander and fill with steep boiling water. Immediately cool the onion under running water and soak it in table or apple cider vinegar for at least an hour (maybe longer). After a while, merge the onions with marinade, cook hard-boiled two eggs for salad, let them cool and clean from the shell. Now grind the eggs on a large or medium grater and put them on the bottom of the salad bowl. This layer is smeared with mayonnaise and covered with a layer of pickled onions. Lubricate mayonnaise and this layer. Apples are peeled and crushed on a grater into a large shavings, and then we spread them with a third layer, sprinkle with lemon juice and grease with mayonnaise.   • Cheese - 300 g;
  • Celery root - 200 g;
  • Mayonnaise.

Preparation: Cheese for a salad will suit anyone, the main thing is that it should be some sort of hard variety. So, cut the cheese into small cubes or cubes and spread it into a bowl. Ingredients:

Preparation: For this version of "Mimosa" we will preliminarily prepare only eggs that are boiled and cleaned. The remaining ingredients can be prepared during the assembly of the salad. So, take out the fish from the jar with juice and mash it into a gruel. We lay this gruel at the bottom of the salad bowl, rammed and smeared with mayonnaise. The second layer we put finely chopped onions, which is also oversaturated with mayonnaise. On the onion we spread the egg whites grated on a fine grater, and on them we put also the grated fused cheese. The next layer should be grated apples, greased with mayonnaise, and the last layer - crushed egg yolks and cheese chips. Here is a light version of the famous salad "Mimosa".

Sweet salad with apples and cheese

Ingredients:

  • Dutch cheese - 100 g;
  • A large fresh apple;
  • A third of a glass of chopped walnuts;
  • A quarter cup of raisins;
