Her puppies are less dense than the usual white cabbage, the leaves are more tender, and the taste is something between the lettuce and cabbage. By the way, it is also called "salad cabbage" or "pistachio" in a different way. And now this vegetable has become for us not only a customary, but sometimes simply irreplaceable product. Peking cabbage is an excellent base for light salads, but it also makes more nutritious snacks. Here, for example, a salad of Chinese cabbage with chicken. Chinese cabbage salad with chicken and pineapple
This salad will be liked by those who like salads with the addition of fruits. The sweet taste of pineapples nicely shades the taste of chicken meat, and cabbage as a basis makes this salad easy. Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage - 400 g;
- Chicken fillet - 200 g;
- Canned pineapples - 1 pot;

Preparation: The average chicken fillet is boiled, cooled and cut into cubes. Chinese cabbage we take twice as much, shred it and mix it with chicken. There we also put a finely chopped medium bulb and a jar of canned pineapples (we drain the syrup from the pineapples). Mix all the ingredients and flavor the salad with mayonnaise and salt.
Chinese cabbage salad with chicken and corn
- Chinese cabbage - 800 g;
- Chicken fillet - 400 g;
- Canned corn - 1 pot;

Preparation: First, cook chicken fillet in salted water. Head of Chinese cabbage, mine, dry and finely shred. Chilled boiled chicken meat cut into cubes, and onions - half rings. Salad with Chinese cabbage, chicken and cheese
Fast in cooking, very tasty and very beautiful salad. In addition, the combination of products in this salad is considered to be a win-win. Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts - 2 pcs .;
- Chinese cabbage - 1 small head;
- Fresh tomato - 1 pc .;
- Cheese hard - 100 g;
- Green olives without pits - 10-15 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;
- Salt and black pepper - to taste.
Preparation: All my vegetables, dried and sliced: cabbage shred, tomatoes cut into cubes. Chicken breasts are boiled in salted water, cooled and also cut into cubes. We rub the cheese on the grater. Olives are cut into three or four parts. Lay the salad layers on a large round dish. But lay out the layers in a special way: not against each other, but by stripes-tracks, starting from the center of the dish. So, two central tracks - cabbage and tomato (red and green stripes). On each side of them - the tracks of chicken meat, and the two extreme tracks are laid out of olives. On top of the salad sprinkle with grated cheese and pour over the dressing. For dressing, mix the butter with lemon juice, add black pepper and salt to it and mix it thoroughly. Note: This salad can be served portion by piece, nicely laid on individual plates.
