Transfer the apples and cheese to a salad bowl, season with kefir and put in the refrigerator. Serve the salad chilled.

Light salad with apples, cheese and pickled onions

Ingredients:

  • Apples - 2 pieces;
  • Onion - 1 head;
  • Eggs - 2 pieces;
  • Cheese - 200 g;
  • Table vinegar;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Lemon juice;
  • Walnuts and kiwi.

Preparation:Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings, place them in a colander and pour boiling water over them. Cool the onion immediately under running water and soak it in table or apple cider vinegar for at least an hour (or longer). After some time, drain the marinade from the onion, boil two eggs for the salad hard, let them cool and peel them. Now grate the eggs on a large or medium grater and put them on the bottom of the salad bowl. Spread mayonnaise on this layer and cover with a layer of pickled onions. Spread mayonnaise on this layer as well. Peel the apples and grate them into large shavings, then put them in a third layer, sprinkle with lemon juice and spread with mayonnaise.
