We will not cook mushroom soup and we will not serve chicken as a second course. We will prepare a salad with smoked chicken and champignons. Don't believe me? And in vain. We will find an onion in the refrigerator, mayonnaise (which is also "somewhere there" is sure to be), get vegetable oil from the shelf and quickly conjure up a piquant salad.
Salad of smoked chicken with champignons "Prankster"
A minimal set of products – the most delicious result. Whether for dinner or for a holiday – a piquant salad called “Prankster”. Ingredients:
- Breast of smoked chicken
- Packing of champignons
- Bulb
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
Preparation:Wash and dry the mushrooms, cut into slices (flat mushrooms), finely chop the onion. Fry the mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil. Separate the chicken breast, remove the skin and cut the meat into cubes. Put the mushrooms and onions in a colander to drain off excess oil. Place the chicken, mushrooms and onions in a bowl, add salt and season with mayonnaise.

- Bank of red canned beans
- Pickled cucumbers (3 pcs.)
- Korean carrots (50 g)

Preparation:Remove the fillet from the breast and cut into cubes. Fry the chopped mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil. Cut the cucumbers. Remove the beans from the jar and put them in a colander to drain the water (sauce). Do the same with the fried mushrooms. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, season with mayonnaise and salt. Serve the salad chilled.
Salad with smoked chicken and pickled mushrooms
This recipe is suitable if instead of a package of fresh mushrooms you found a jar of marinated champignons in your refrigerator. Ingredients:
- Breast of smoked chicken
- Bank of pickled champignons
- Bulb
- Sweet Bulgarian pepper (fresh)
- Eggs (5 pcs)
- Tomato (fresh)
- Toothed garlic
- Mayonnaise
- Vegetable oil
- Black pepper and salt
Preparation:Remove the chicken breast from the bones and skin. Wash the vegetables. Boil the eggs hard. Cut the meat, eggs and tomato into cubes. Cut the pepper into thin slices, the onion into half rings, and the mushrooms into quarters. Fry the onion. Mix all the ingredients, season with ground pepper and salt. Squeeze a clove of garlic into the salad and add mayonnaise. The salad is ready.
Smoked chicken salad with champignons with hot dressing
Why do we only peel the breast off the poor chicken? Why are the legs worse? Nothing. That's why we make a salad with smoked leg. And we make a special dressing for it. Ingredients:
- Smoked ham
- Packing of champignons
- Cheese (200 g)
- Bank of green peas
- Sour Cream (100 g)
- Tablespoon horseradish (grated)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Greenery
Preparation: Grate the cheese.Boil the washed mushrooms. Throw them into a colander and, while the oil is draining from the mushrooms, remove the meat from the leg. Cut it and put it in a bowl, add the mushrooms, cheese, peas and chopped mushrooms. Mix. Prepare the dressing. Combine sour cream with horseradish, add chopped greens, salt and pepper (to taste). Dress the salad. Serve chilled.

And the pinnacle of our chicken-mushroom magic will be a real salad-cake. We will lay it in layers and serve it on the festive table. Ingredients:

- Walnuts (half a glass)
- Potatoes (4 pcs.)
- Carrots (2 pieces)
- Eggs (4 pcs.)
- Cheese (300 g)
- Mayonnaise and salt (for refueling)
- Oil (for roasting)
- Greenery and cranberry (for decoration)
Preparation:Boil eggs (hard-boiled), potatoes and carrots. Fry mushrooms (sliced) in oil. Grate carrots and cheese. Cut potatoes and chicken fillet (breast and legs) into cubes. Wash prunes and also chop finely. Crush nuts. Now start laying out layers, greasing them with mayonnaise (except for the top layer):
