Preparation: Well-washed potatoes (about five pieces) boil in a uniform and cool, and then cut it into slices. Shred the head of the onion, pomosh, we will chop and chop the greens.   • Potatoes - 500 g;
  • Beet - 250 g;
  • Root of horseradish grated - a tablespoon;
  • Vegetable oil, salt and pepper for refueling.

Preparation: Cook, cool and peel the beets and potatoes. Chopped vegetables cut into small cubes, add horseradish to them and season with vegetable oil. Salt and pepper are put to taste. Thoroughly mix the salad and let it brew.

  • Salted sticks (straws);

Neapolitan (Italian) salad


  • Potatoes - 3 pieces;
  • Carrots - 2 pieces;
  • Marinated cucumbers - 2 pcs .;
  • Small beets - 1 piece;
  • Celery root - 1 piece;
  • Game - 200 g;
  • Salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
