Therefore, we begin to find or invent recipes for vegetable salads, add to cucumbers and tomatoes then cheese, then meat, then sausage, then eggs. And let's try to make a salad with ham and tomatoes: fresh and satisfying at the same time. Here are just a few recipes from all the variety of similar salads.

Salad of ham and tomatoes with cheese

This salad of ham with tomatoes will turn out very satisfying. Therefore, it can be prepared for dinner as the main (and perhaps the only) dish. Ingredients:

  • Ham boiled and smoked - 500 g;
  • Cheese hard - 300 g;
  • Fresh tomatoes -5 pcs .;
  • Garlic - 3 cloves;
  • Baton - 4 pieces;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Mayonnaise and salt (to taste).

Preparation: Ordinary sausage loaf (can be stale) cut into small cubes or cubes. We will spread the oil in a frying pan and fry the bread on it. Ready toast we throw in a colander and let the excess oil drain. Tomatoes are washed and cut into cubes. Cut the straw or diced ham, and the cheese will be grated on the grater. Garlic crushed (you can grate, you can in garlic, or you can just knife). Lay out all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add salt to taste, add mayonnaise and mix. Let's serve the salad chilled.

Salad of tomatoes and ham with rice

Salad is also quite satisfying due to rice and eggs. And the combination of cheese with tomatoes or with Bulgarian pepper has long been considered a classic. Ingredients:

  • Fresh tomato - 4 pcs .;
  • Ham - 400 g;
  • Sweet Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs .;
  • Rice - 6 tbsp. spoons;
  • Cheese (solid) - 2000 g;
  • Eggs - 6 pieces;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Mayonnaise (to taste).

Preparation: Rinse the rice in salted cold water and boil it. We weld hard-boiled eggs, cool them, clean and cut them into cubes. Wash tomatoes and peppers, and pepper and cleanse the seeds and partitions. Vegetables, cheese and ham are cut into cubes and folded into a salad bowl. Rinse the boiled rice in cold water and let it dry. Add rice, eggs, chopped garlic and mayonnaise in a salad bowl and mix everything. Note: If you are preparing a salad in advance, then put the mayonnaise in it only before serving to the table. Otherwise, the juice drains from the tomatoes.

Salad of ham with tomatoes and mushrooms

It is rather a festive version of a salad, because it will take a long time to prepare it. Ingredients:

  • Fresh champignons - packing;
  • Eggs - 3 pieces;
  • Onion - 1 head;
  • Mayonnaise and salt - to taste;

  • Peking cabbage - 500 g;
  • Eggs - 3 pieces;
  • Dill and salt - to taste.
