- 2 avocados;
- 1 cucumber (fresh);
- 1 hen's eggs;
- 1 onion;
- 1 bunch of dill;
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice;
- Salt and black pepper (at your discretion).

Some people peel it first, then remove the pit, and then cut the flesh. But the avocado flesh is very oily and slippery in the hands. Therefore, it is not always convenient to cut the already peeled fruit. You can do it differently. First, cut the avocado in half: make a transverse cut from the nose down. The knife will hit the pit, then you need to run the knife along the sides of the fruit, cutting it through the "butt" and going around the pit. - 1 cucumber;
- 1 bunch of green salad;
- 2 fresh tomatoes;
- 1 head of red onion;
- 1 lemon;
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- 1 bunch of parsley;
- 1 pinch of sea salt;
- 1 pinch of black pepper.
Preparation:First, wash the lettuce leaves in cold water, dry them and tear them into small "flaps" with your hands. Cut the washed cucumber into circles and the tomatoes into thin slices. Cut the avocado into two halves, remove the pit and cut the pulp into cubes. By the way, here is another way to cut an avocado. Cut the pulp directly in the peel, placing half of the fruit on the palm with the peel down: first along the "cup", and then across. Make cuts by cutting the peel. Then simply take out the pulp with a spoon and put it in a salad bowl. Cut the onion into half rings, which are then doused with boiling water. Then mix the chopped vegetables with the avocado and season the salad with the sauce. To prepare the sauce, pour boiling water over the chopped parsley and leave for three to four minutes, then drain the water. Combine parsley with chopped garlic, olive oil, juice of one lemon, season with freshly ground black pepper and salt, and then grind everything in a blender. The sauce should be in the form of a liquid puree. The dressed salad can be served immediately. If you intend to prepare any salad with avocado, do not forget that it will turn out not only tasty, but also very satisfying.
