If you ever happen to visit Vienna, then try to visit a pastry shop that not only serves, but also shows how to prepare a real Viennese strudel. This is actually very interesting: enterprising Viennese have turned the process of making an ordinary roll with raisins, cinnamon and apples into a real show. And the spectators are convinced that only a good pastry chef can prepare a roll with apples. But what if you are a very average pastry chef, but, nevertheless, a roll with apples is your favorite delicacy? That's right, find simple apple roll recipes.   • a bundle of cottage cheese
  • a packet of good margarine
  • about three glasses of flour

Filling:

  • 4-5 apples
