But pizza with seafood for us is still unpopular. No, we are very respectful about the ready pizza with seafood, but for some reason we do not risk to cook this dish with our own hands. However, the recipe for this pizza differs little from those that have already firmly established in our culinary books. So how to cook pizza with seafood at home? Let's select the recipe and finally try to do it.

So they call the classic Italian pizza withseafood. Its recipe includes not only exotic mussels and less exotic squid, but also special salsa sauce. We use the following ingredients for this pizza:

  • Squids - 300 g
  • Shrimps (chipped) - 300 g
  • Mussels - 240 g
  • Garlic - 2 slices
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green parsley, pepper and salt - at your discretion

Dough:

  • Flour
  • Yeast
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Water

Sauce:

  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Chilli
  • Garlic
  • Onion-turnip
  • Butter
  • Lemon juice
  • Cognac
  • Salt and sugar

Preparation: The test recipe can be any: with yeast or without, on kefir or sour cream. We will choose a recipe for yeast dough. We raise 1 packet of dry yeast in warm, sweetened water and leave it for ten minutes. When yeast foam and rise, add them to the pre-sifted flour (one-and-a-half cups), put there a couple of pinch of salt and knead the dough. The dough should be soft and elastic. Therefore, the water is poured already during the batch, focusing on the appearance and consistency of the dough. We leave the mixed dough for half an hour. While the dough is suitable, prepare the sauce and the filling. To prepare the sauce, you need to take fresh tomatoes and release them from the skin and seeds. We remove the seeds and pepper. Then very finely we cut tomatoes and pepper, shinkujem an onion and tushim all on a butter of minutes five. Then pour lemon juice (one or two tablespoons) cognac (a quarter of a glass) into the sauce, put a little sugar and a couple of crushed garlic cloves. Continue to simmer for another five minutes, and then cool the sauce. For my filling and boil mussels, and then take out the contents of the shell. Any pizza recipe "Four Seasons" includes four ingredients for the filling. Seafood can also be part of this famous pizza. We will prepare "Four seasons" with shrimps. Ingredients:

  • Shrimp (peeled)
  • Fresh mushrooms
  • Fresh Tomatoes
  • Boiled Pork
  • Hard cheese
  • Sweet pepper
  • Black olives
  • Pizza sauce

Dough:

  • Flour
  • Water (milk)
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Yeast

Preparation: For a test, you can choose any recipe or even buy a ready-made basis. But yeast dough for pizza remained and remains the most popular (classic!). Therefore, we knead the dough (see the previous recipe) from flour, water and yeast and leave it to fit. In the meantime, prepare the ingredients for the filling. Mushrooms wash, cut into thin plates and fry in vegetable oil. We will cut tomatoes in circles, pepper rings, and pork cubes. Cheese chop into chips or crumb. Approached the dough, put it on a greased baking sheet and form a cake for pizza, which we will spread the sauce on. Then divide (visually) the pizza into four equal parts and fill each part with the filling. On one part we put fried mushrooms, on the second we spread the shrimps. Then pour all the pizza with cheese and fill the remaining parts, laying on one of them tomatoes, and on the other meat. Once again, sprinkle all the cheese chips and put pizza in the oven. Bake twenty-thirty minutes. Choose a recipe and cook pizza. Pizza with seafood is not as complicated as it may seem. Shrimps, squid, mussels, octopuses are already sold even by ready-made mixtures.
