The first recipe for New Year's salad
To prepare this salad for the holiday table, you will not need to use any unusual ingredients. All its components are quite simple:
- 400 g of boiled chicken meat;
- 100 g of hot cheese;
- 2 fresh cucumbers;
- 3 boiled eggs;
- 2 apples;
- 2 boiled potatoes;
- 1 cup of mayonnaise;
- 1 can of canned corn;
- pepper, salt to taste;
- olives for decoration.

Preparation:Dice the eggs, potatoes, cucumbers and cheese, cut the chicken into strips across the grain. Mix all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with olives on top.
The second version of New Year's salad
Ingredients:
- 150 g of ham;
- 150 grams of salami;
- 150 g of boiled sausage;
- the head of onions;
- one can of canned beans (white and red);
- 1 jar of canned sweet corn;
- sugar, salt and pepper to taste;
- leaves of green salad;
- 50 g of vegetable oil;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of 3-6% vinegar;
- 3 sprigs of green parsley.
Preparation:Cut the ham and cooked sausage into strips, and the onion into rings. Mix salt, sugar, pepper and vinegar, slowly add vegetable oil to the mixture and whisk thoroughly. Drain the beans and corn. Then mix the ingredients for the salad thoroughly, pour in the dressing and let it sit. After half an hour, arrange the salad on plates lined with lettuce leaves. Decorate the salad with salami rolls and chopped parsley on top.
The third version of New Year's salad
Ingredients:
- 2 medium grapefruit sizes;
- 400 g of boiled beef;
- 400 g of string beans;
- 1 bunch of lettuce leaves;
- 1 head of onions;
- 4 tbsp. spoons of olive oil;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of apple cider vinegar;
- salt, pepper to taste.
Preparation:Cut the beef into small pieces. Divide the peeled grapefruits into slices and place in a deep bowl, add the onion and green beans cut into circles (2-3 cm). Make a seasoning from apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Shake it lightly and cover with a lid. Put in the refrigerator. After half an hour, place in a deep salad bowl, the bottom of which is lined with lettuce leaves. Sprinkle the cooled salad with a little freshly ground pepper.
Herring under a Fur Coat
To prepare this salad you will need the following ingredients:
- 3-4 eggs;
- 5-6 potato tubers;
- 3 pcs. herring weak salting;
- 3-4 beets of medium size;
- 2-3 heads of onions;
- 2 apples (golden or semerenko);
- salad mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil eggs, beets and potatoes. Pour boiling water over finely chopped onions and cool. The salad layers should be alternated in the following order:
Winter salad
To prepare a winter salad you will need:
- 300 g of boiled chicken or pork;
- 2 sweet and sour apples;
- one small bunch of Moscow salad;
- 1 glass of cream;
- 2 tbsp. spoon of hazelnut;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise;
- salt, sugar and pepper to taste.
Preparation:Place the diced meat in a salad bowl, top with diced apples sprinkled with lemon juice. Tear the washed and dried lettuce leaves into pieces and place in the salad bowl along with the nuts. Mix carefully and only then pour in the dressing made from cream and mayonnaise, adding sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
Meat Salad
To prepare meat salad you will need:
- 300 g of fried or boiled meat;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 2 cucumbers;
- 4 boiled potatoes;
- 100 grams of lettuce leaves (can be replaced by a bunch of green onions);
- 1-2 cooked carrots;
- 1-2 tbsp. spoons grated on a small grater horseradish;
- 1 cup cottage cheese sauce (can be replaced with a sauce of yogurt).
Preparation:Cut all ingredients into small thin slices or cubes, add sauce and mix lightly, season with horseradish. Sprinkle the salad with finely chopped herbs and garnish with slices of fresh tomatoes, which can be replaced with red pepper if desired.
Greek salad
To prepare Greek salad you will need:
- 700 g of chicken breasts;
- 500 g of young potatoes;
- 250 g of green beans;
- 300 g of cherry tomatoes;
- 2 hard-boiled eggs;
- 1 bunch of lettuce leaves;
- 0,5 cups of olives;
- 0.5 tsp paprika;
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
For the sauce:
- 70 g of olive oil;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of red wine sauce;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of greens of tarragon or any other;
- to taste black ground pepper and salt;
- 2 tsp mustard.
Preparation:Stew the sliced potatoes in a small amount of water until done, then rinse under running cold water. Boil the green beans until soft and rinse. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, paprika and coat them in olive oil, place them on a baking sheet and cover with parchment paper. Bake in the oven until done. Mix the ingredients for the sauce. Place the lettuce leaves on a plate, then place the chicken sliced into thick slices on top. Place the potatoes, beans, halved eggs, cherry tomatoes and olives next to the meat. Pour the sauce over them – the festive salad is ready!
Winter salad
To prepare the Winter salad you will need:
- 200 grams of ham or smoked sausages;
- 150 grams of sauerkraut;
- 2-3 sprigs of parsley;
- 3-4 boiled potatoes;
- 4 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar;
- 1 tbsp. a mustard spoon;
- sugar, salt to taste.
Preparation:Place cabbage on the bottom of the salad bowl, then sliced potatoes on top. The next layer is sliced sausages or ham. Pour the prepared sauce of mustard, oil, sugar, salt and a small amount of fruit vinegar over the salad. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with fresh parsley and mix carefully.
Salad Unusual
To prepare it you will need the following products:
- 200 g any smoked sausage;
- 2 raw carrots;
- 2 boiled beets;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- some mayonnaise.
Preparation: Grate beets and carrots on a coarse grater, cut sausage into strips, chop garlic. Lay out the salad in layers in the following order:
Season the salad generously with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped eggs.
Mushroom salad
To prepare mushroom salad you will need:
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 800 g of boiled beef;
- 2 heads of onions;
- 0.5 kg of champignons;
- 3-4 salted cucumber;
- a little vegetable oil;
- salt pepper;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation:Cut cucumbers into cubes, meat into small pieces. Cut mushrooms and fry with onions in a small amount of vegetable oil. After they cool, mix them with meat and cucumbers. Add grated cheese, salt, pepper and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
Olivier with chicken
Chicken fillet sprinkled with dry dill and saltboil until done in a small amount of water. To make the salad just right, take the following ingredients: Eggs, potatoes, pickled cucumbers according to the number of guests. To make the salad juicy, add onions at the rate of 0.5 medium onions per 4 medium potatoes. Green peas are taken approximately by the weight of cucumbers. Season the salad with mayonnaise diluted in half with sour cream, add a little mustard, salt and parsley. Mix thoroughly, the salad is ready! Enjoy your meal!
Olivier with Eggplant
To prepare Olivier salad with eggplants you will need:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes;
- 3 eggs;
- 200 g of mayonnaise;
- 1 head of onions;
- 200 g boiled meat or boiled sausage;
- 2 eggplant;
- 1 can of canned peas (180 g);
- 1 teaspoon of paprika;
- ground red pepper (on the tip of the knife);
- greens of dill;
- salt to taste.
Preparation:Cut the eggplant flesh into medium-sized cubes. Steam, sprinkling with spices beforehand. The pieces should not be too soft. Cut the sausage or meat into cubes, finely chop the onion, cut the boiled potatoes into strips or cubes, grate the eggs on a coarse grater. Place all the ingredients in an enamel bowl, add salt, season with mayonnaise and mix well.
Olivier with beans
To prepare Olivier salad with beans you will need:
- 5 eggs;
- 4 medium sized potatoes;
- 1 apple;
- 300 g of sausage;
- 3 salted cucumbers;
- 100 g of green canned peas;
- canned red beans 150 g
- 3 pcs. carrots;
- 1 head of onions;
- 250 g of mayonnaise;
- salt to taste.
Preparation:Boil the potatoes and carrots, grate them. Peel the cucumbers and chop them finely. Finely chop the onion. Cut the sausage, apple and boiled eggs into cubes.
