Preparation:Boil well-washed potatoes (about five pieces) in their skins and cool, then cut them into slices. Chop the onion, wash, dry and chop the greens. Mix for dressing a tablespoon of prepared mustard, two tablespoons of vegetable oil and a tablespoon of vinegar. Salt, pepper and shake well. Put the potatoes, onions and greens in a salad bowl, mix them and pour the prepared sauce over them.

"Spring" salad

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 500 g;
  • Green peas (canned) - 200 g;
  • Leaf salad - 1 bunch;
  • Radish pink - 1 bunch;
  • Green parsley - 1 bunch.

For filling:

  • Egg yolk - 1 piece;
  • Vegetable oil - 100 g;
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoonful;
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • White wine - 50 g;
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon;
  • Salt, powdered sugar, ground black pepper - to taste.

Preparation:Boil, cool, peel and dice the potatoes. Sort out the lettuce leaves, wash, dry and chop into large "noodles". Wash and cut the radish into circles. Put all this in a salad bowl, add a can of green peas, chopped parsley (also washed) and season with sauce. For the sauce, grind a hard-boiled egg yolk with lemon juice, add powdered sugar and salt to taste, and then gradually begin to pour in vegetable oil, constantly stirring the sauce. Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 2-3 pcs .;
  • Sweet pepper - 3 pieces;
  • Fresh cabbage - 150 g;
  • Onion - 1 pc .;

For the sauce:

  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 3-4 pieces;
  • Canned corn - 300 g;

  • Mustard;
  • Garlic;
  • Paprika and black pepper.
