Sometimes you just want to forget about all kinds of dietsand do not deny yourself anything. Indulge your desires - delicious pizza with mushrooms and sausage is suitable for both lunch and dinner with the family. Ingredients: Dough:

  • a glass of bread flour
  • 1/3 cup of wheat flour
  • ¾ cup of water
  • dry yeast - tablespoon
  • half a tiny spoonful of honey
  • polchaynoy spoon olive oil refined
  • one pinch of salt

For the sauce we take:

  • 3 tbsp. spoons of refined olive oil
  • a small clove of garlic
  • 800 grams of tomatoes
  • ½ small spoonful of salt
  • oregano
  • Red pepper

Filling:

  • 2 cups finely chopped Mozzarella (you can use another cheese)
  • 240 grams of sausage
  • 240 grams of mushrooms (preferably champignons)
  • half a small bulb
  • 1 piece of bell pepper (red)

Method of preparation:First, prepare the pizza base: mix wheat and bread flour in a bowl, dry yeast, honey, refined olive oil and warm boiled water in a separate bowl. Pour a third of a glass of "mixed" flour into the resulting mixture and beat with a mixer until smooth. Cover with a clean towel or cling film, wrap warmly and leave for 20 minutes. Add the remaining flour and salt to the dough. Mix well to avoid lumps. Cover the dough again and leave for an hour and a half - the mass will increase in volume (twice). Knead the risen base well, put it on a baking sheet greased in advance (with olive or sunflower) oil, and roll it out - cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes. While the future pizza is “rising”, prepare the sauce: heat olive oil in a frying pan, add crushed garlic, and fry over low heat for about 2 minutes. Then add diced tomatoes, salt, oregano and red pepper - stir for 15-20 minutes until slightly thickened. Take out the crust and grease with sauce - bake for no more than 8 minutes in the oven, which you preheat to 300 degrees. You can fill this pizza with any sausage products: salami, boiled sausage, freshly smoked sausage - it all depends on your preferences. If you do not have Mozzarella cheese, you can use Gouda or Edam. Take out the crust, sprinkle with cheese, top with salami, finely chopped onion rings, diced mushrooms and sweet pepper. Every woman has her own preferences:Some people prepare thin yeast dough for flour products, while others prefer thick and fluffy dough. In any case, a dish prepared with love always turns out delicious and mouth-watering. We offer another recipe for a quick, filling, and most importantly, inexpensive pizza. Ingredients: Dough:

  • 250 milliliters of warm water
  • 25 grams of yeast (use fresh)
  • half a spoonful of sugar
  • two small pinches of salt
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • 350 grams of sifted flour

For the filling:

  • 6 large spoons of tomato paste (not sour)
  • tablespoon of dried marjoram
  • garlic — one large clove
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 150-200 grams of fresh champignons
  • 200 grams of sausage (to your taste)
  • 150-200 grams of cheese

Method of preparation:Dissolve yeast in 250 milliliters of warm boiled water, add half a teaspoon of sugar and leave for about 10 minutes. Combine flour and salt in a separate bowl. Pour water with yeast into the resulting mixture, add olive oil, knead well and leave in a warm place for 20-25 minutes. The risen pizza base should be thoroughly kneaded and divided into 3 parts (if desired, the base for 2 products can be frozen). Roll out the dough thinly, grease with two tablespoons of tomato paste, sprinkle with chopped garlic and marjoram. Then place on a baking sheet covered with special baking paper. Put mushrooms, sausage, tomatoes, grated cheese cut into small cubes on top - bake at a temperature of no more than 200 degrees for 25 minutes. Treat your loved ones with homemade gourmet products - choose pizza toppings to your taste: sausage can be boiled, salami, pepperoni, cheese - not necessarily expensive.
