Cooking method: Pizza will turn out appetizing only if you choose a good recipe for the test. We propose to prepare the product on a yeast basis. So, to make the dough lush, be sure to sift the flour, then add a little curry, rock salt to your taste and a pinch of ground pepper, here we pour 20 grams of French yeast (dry). On a low heat, heat the pasteurized milk, mix with two tablespoons of sunflower oil and pour into the flour; knead carefully with hands until soft and elastic consistency. After wrap in a towel and let it come up (should pass 60 minutes). When the base is enlarged one and a half to two times, mix again, and then roll it on a floury surface in a thin circle - grease with a mixture of Adzhika, delicate low-fat mayonnaise and hot ketchup. Now it's time to prepare the filling: ham and pre-cooked chicken cut into strips, fresh (take large) champignons and juicy tomatoes cut into cubes, and pepper - half rings. If the olives are small, they can be put on the product whole or split into halves. - 300 grams of finished pizza dough (we used cakes)
- boiled chicken fillet - 300 grams
- 250 grams of dried mushrooms
- 200 grams of sausage to your taste (smoked, salami or other)
- 250 grams of Russian cheese
- one big and juicy pink tomato
- sunflower oil
- salt - 2-3 pinches
- red sweet pepper - one piece
- hot ketchup
- one small (you can Crimean) bulb
- delicacy mayonnaise
- Ground pepper and special seasonings at your discretion
Cooking method: You can, of course, take note of a recipe and prepare the dough yourself, but it's much easier to buy the base in the store. Take the layered base or other at your discretion, but we used two frozen special pizza crusts. Prepare the filling - boil the chicken meat and cut into small strips, as well as sausage. Tomatoes and dried mushrooms (champignons or others of your choice), cut into cubes, cheese grate on a medium grater. Slice the onions and tomatoes fried in sunflower oil, then briefly put out - add black pepper, salt and season with aromatic spices. To the pizza did not turn out to be too hard, defrost the cake in a microwave, and then spread it with a mixture of delicious mayonnaise and ketchup. Top with a layer of chicken, then - stewed onion with tomatoes, sausage, dried mushrooms and grated Russian cheese. After a well knead ready mass and roll into two thin layers - with the remains of butter, grease the baking sheet and lay out one part of the dough.
