Cooking manna
We take the dishes, in which we will mix all our ingredients.
We smash eggs there and cover with sugar, allwhisk. Then, in the resulting mixture, pour out the manga, while stirring, so as not to form lumps. To ensure that our dough is not too thick, we add kefir (kefir should be at room temperature or slightly warmer). After that, mix everything thoroughly with a mixer. Leave for 5 minutes, then mix again. This is the main secret of our yogurt cake.
The resulting dough is left for 1 hour in a warm place, so that the semolina is swollen (if time permits, it is best to leave the mixture overnight, covered with a lid, in order to avoid the weathering of the cereal).
After one hour, we warm up the ovenup to about 180 degrees. While it's warming, add the soda-dried soda to our dough so that our manicure on kefir rises in the oven. After that, everything is again thoroughly mixed.
Form for baking grease with sunflower oil andsprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs, so that the bottom of the mannik is not burned (if you are not sure of the form, then cover the bottom with parchment paper for baking).
Pour the dough into the prepared form and put in the oven for about an hour.
Five minutes before the readiness to put on the surface of the cake put a little butter and return the cake to the oven.
After the pie is ready, get it out of the mold and let it cool slightly.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Our manna on kefir is ready! Enjoy your meal! You can serve it with sour cream or jam.
