When the pie goes into the oven, some magic happens: the smell is born, grows and by the end of cooking it blooms like a flower. And then everyone understands that the pie is ready! It's time to drink tea. What will the miracle oven surprise us with this time? The aromas tell of a pie with bananas and apples - an amazing union! Light sourness of apple, exotic taste of banana and dough. Each time - different. And each time it will be a new taste.

But they are already standing on the threshold, and this means that it is necessary to quickly-quickly set the table. Unusual pie from puff pastry In the refrigerator you need to find:
- ready-made puff pastry - 0.5 kg;
- medium apples, sweet and sour - 3 pcs.;
- a couple of bananas not completely overripe;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- granulated sugar - 3 tbsp.

In this case, you can offer your guests an apple pie with bananas, prepared like a charlotte. Necessary ingredients:
- 2 bananas and 3 apples;
- 250 g of sugar;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- a glass of kefir;
- soda - half a teaspoon;
- flour - 1 cup or a little more.
The oven must be turned on so that it heats up to 180-200°C.
Prepare apples and bananas. Cut the apple into large pieces and the banana into 0.5 cm thick circles. Prepare and grease the mold.
Create the dough: mix eggs with sugar, soda dissolve in kefir and pour into beaten eggs. Pour in the flour and quickly bring it to homogeneity. The dough should turn out to be very dense sour cream, so flour can be added if it turned out to be liquid. It is important to knead this dough as quickly as possible: soda begins to react with the acid in kefir immediately, and we run the risk of losing all the carbon dioxide that will lift the dough and make it airy.
Pour a piece of dough into the mold, about half. Place the sliced fruit there and pour the dough on top. Put the cake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
When there is nowhere to hurry

It will take a little more time than making a charlotte, but the pie will turn out completely different, for tea drinking with the family. For the dough for a good pie, which will be enough for everyone, you will need:
- Tablespoon dry yeast;
- 1 glass of milk, not necessarily high-fat, anyone can do;
- 2 tablespoons sugar and a large pinch of salt;
- 3 cups of flour;
- 200 g of margarine or soft oil;
- A little vegetable oil.
- Yolk and a little milk for cake.
We will prepare the filling from 4 apples, 4 bananas and a small amount of sugar.
First, prepare the yeast:A little milk needs to be poured off and heated to a barely warm state, add dry yeast and a spoonful of sugar. Leave the dish in a warm place until the yeast rises into a foamy "cap".
Mix margarine with flour, salt and sugar until smooth.crumb condition. It is better not to pour in all the flour at once - sometimes a smaller amount is enough, we will always have time to add it later. Flour and margarine can be chopped with a knife, rubbed with your hands or chopped with a food processor: this will not affect the taste.
The yeast must be poured into flour crumbs. Then add the warmed milk and knead the dough. Consistency of it should not be very elastic, and that it does not stick to your hands, you should pour a spoonful of vegetable oil on your hands. And mix this dough a little, adding the remaining flour, if it seems that it is not thick enough. Then put the dishes with the dough in a warm place for lifting.
While the dough is suitable, you can have time to prepare the fruit for the filling: peel the apples and seeds, cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick, peel the bananas and cut them in circles of the same thickness.
Divide the dough into 2 parts so that oneturned out to be slightly larger than the other. Roll out the larger part a little on a board sprinkled with flour and place it on a greased baking sheet. Stretch the dough so that it takes up the entire baking sheet and forms sides. Place the fruit on the dough. Roll out the second part of the dough and stretch it on the board so that the dough takes up an area slightly smaller than the surface of the pie. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet, covering the filling. Slightly pulling the edges of the lower and upper parts together, connect them along the perimeter, pinching the seam with your fingers. Make one or two holes in the pie lid, grease with yolk beaten with milk.
Turn on the oven and heat it to 180 ° C. The cake will rise slightly in the meantime. Carefully put it in the oven for about 30 minutes, bake until a ruddy brown appears. If the cake begins to burn out from above, and the time has not yet passed, cover it with foil and bake it.
