For regulars of pizzerias or those who like to orderpizza delivery many and many types (sorts) of this dish are well known. Gradually certain preferences are formed, and different pizzas fall into the category of favorites or outcasts. But there are also those that always remain at the peak of popularity. Among them is pepperoni pizza. Anyone who has tried this pizza at least once, falls in love with it forever and writes pepperoni down as a favorite. Its recipe is simple, like everything ingenious. And what makes pepperoni pizza extraordinary is its devilishly hot taste. By the way, the Italians themselves call this dish the Devil's pizza (Devilish, Hellish). And under the name Pepperoni, it lives in any other (non-Italian) pizzerias. But, it should be noted that devilishly hot taste is too strong a word. For us, accustomed to Russian fiery mustard and strong horseradish, pepperoni pizza is just child's play. Pepperoni is a slightly spicy salami sausage that is part of the pizza and gave it its name. By the way, the recipe for "Devil's Pizza" does not include salami, but it does contain hot red pepper, which Italians also call "pepperoni". So, we offer you two versions of this fabulous dish: one recipe with salami, the other recipe with hot pepper. Let's try to cook it?

For the sauce, mix the ketchup with mayonnaise and soy sauce, for the filling, grate the cheese, cut the salami into bars, and the olives into circles. After twenty minutes, roll out the dough into a thin layer. To prevent the dough from sticking, sprinkle the table and rolling pin with flour. From the dough we form the pizza base (a round or square flatbread) and put it on a baking sheet, which we first cover with baking paper. Spread the sauce on top of the dough, put the sausage and olives and sprinkle with a thick layer of cheese and spicy seasonings. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven for ten to fifteen minutes. And then enjoy the devilishly delicious pizza.
