Omelette with broccoli
Microwave Omelette with Vegetables Recipe. Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup fresh milk
- 300 grams of broccoli
- A quarter of a glass of grated cheese
- Head of onions
- A pinch of nutmeg
- Pepper and salt at your discretion
Preparation:You can use fresh or frozen cabbage, as it needs to be boiled first. Remove the boiled broccoli from the water, cool and cut into small pieces. Now break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, nutmeg and pepper and beat. Pour milk into the eggs, add the cheese shavings and beat everything together again until smooth. Take a microwave dish or any suitable dish, put the broccoli in it and pour the omelet mixture over it. Put it in the oven and cook the omelet for about five minutes (approximately) on high power. Remove the finished omelet from the oven, leave it in the dish for about three minutes, and then put it on plates.
Omelette with green peas
A recipe for a thick omelette with a piquant taste,which fresh mint gives it. However, if you are not a fan of unusual flavor combinations, you can make an omelette with vegetables, but without mint. Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- Half a glass of freshly frozen green peas
- 50 grams of grated cheese
- Leaves of green salad
- 4-5 leaves of fresh mint
- Butter
- Pepper and salt at your discretion
Preparation:Wash, dry and chop the mint leaves. To prepare the omelette mixture, pour the raw eggs into a bowl and beat until lightly foamed. Then add the green peas, mint, pepper and salt to the mixture. Put the frying pan on the fire, melt some butter in it and pour in the prepared mixture. First, fry the omelette over medium heat for about four minutes, then sprinkle with cheese, cover with a lid and reduce the heat. As soon as the cheese melts, our omelette is ready! Place the omelette on plates with green salad and serve with fresh crispy bread or toast.
Omelette with spinach and onion
A very interesting recipe for an omelette with leeks andspinach. Unfortunately, these vegetables are not popular here. And in vain! Try making an omelette with them – you should like it. Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 200 grams of leek
- 100 grams of spinach
- 100 grams of sesame oil
- Salt at your discretion
Preparation:Wash the onion and spinach and cut into strips. Pour the raw eggs into a bowl and beat until foam appears. Now add the chopped vegetables and salt and mix everything well. Put the frying pan on the fire and pour in the oil. When the oil is hot, carefully pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and fry the omelette on both sides. Cut the finished omelette into portions and serve.
A Skrob of Vegetables
Scrob is a Moldavian omelette with vegetables (tomatoes, potatoes, sweet peppers or eggplants) and feta cheese. We offer you the recipe for such an omelette. Ingredients: 4 eggs
- A glass of fresh milk
- 2 fresh ripe tomatoes
- 2 heads of onions
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 100 grams of brynza
- A quarter teaspoon of red pepper
- Parsley and dill
- Flour
- Vegetable oil
- Salt at your discretion
First you need to prepare the vegetables.Peel the garlic and press it or chop it finely. Wash, dry and chop the greens as well. Cut the tomatoes into circles and roll them in flour. Now beat the eggs with milk, salt and red pepper, add the chopped greens and grated feta cheese and mix. Next, fry the tomatoes in a frying pan with a little vegetable oil. While the tomatoes are frying, prepare the scrub in a separate frying pan. To do this, pour a little oil into it, and when it is hot, fry the garlic. Then take the garlic out and pour the egg and milk mixture into the frying pan. Immediately stir the scrub, and as soon as the mixture sets, transfer it to the frying pan with the tomatoes. Assemble the omelet in a mound, cover the frying pan with a lid and leave our scrub to cook. By the way, this can be done in the oven or in the microwave.
Viennese omelette with tomatoes
Another version of making an omelette with tomatoes. This time a recipe from Vienna. Ingredients:
- 7 eggs
- 5 pieces of ripe fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Greens, salt and pepper at your discretion
Preparation:Bake the tomatoes in the oven and then rub them through a sieve. Cool the resulting puree and add flour, milk, eggs, pepper and salt. Mix well. Melt the butter in a frying pan and carefully pour in the omelet mixture. Fry the omelet on both sides (like a pancake), remove from the frying pan, fold in half and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Omelette with fresh cucumbers in Chinese
Omelette is prepared and eaten not only in Europe. Here, for example, is a recipe for a Chinese omelette, prepared with fresh cucumbers. Unusual? But it's worth trying! Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- 2 cucumber
- 3 tablespoons of rice vodka
- A third of a glass of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons melted lard
- Salt and greens at your discretion
Preparation:Wash and peel the cucumbers, then cut them into cubes. Pour the eggs into a bowl and beat until lightly foamed. Then add the chopped cucumbers, rice vodka, chicken broth and salt. Now put the frying pan on the fire and heat the pork fat in it, then pour in the omelet mixture. Fry the omelet, shaking the frying pan vigorously from time to time. When the mixture thickens, transfer it to a dish, cut into portions and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Omelette with zucchini
An interesting recipe for making an omelette inoven. By the way, one of the advantages of this method is its relative safety for the figure. After all, it is known that dishes cooked in the oven or steamed are less caloric than fried ones. Ingredients:
- 2 small zucchini
- 4 tomatoes
- 8 eggs
- Half a glass of milk
- Butter
- Greens, salt and black pepper at your discretion
Preparation:Peel the zucchini (preferably young ones) and cut into circles. Now fry them in a frying pan with butter. Keep in mind that zucchini absorbs a lot of oil when frying. Therefore, they should not be fried so much as baked in a greased frying pan. While the zucchini is frying, beat the eggs mixed with milk, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture into the zucchini and turn on the oven. When the omelette begins to thicken, remove it from the heat and continue cooking in a preheated oven. Carrot Omelette
- 3 eggs
- 1 carrot
- A quarter cup of milk
- A tablespoon of sugar
- Butter, green onions, salt
Preparation:Wash and peel the carrots, cut them into strips, mix with sugar and simmer in butter. Now pour in the whipped mixture of milk, eggs and salt, cover and fry for another five minutes.
