The dough that goes outside the border of the form, cut off and roll into a ball. We leave the dough in the form to approach - it should become a little more magnificent. Meanwhile, turn on the oven, which should warm up to 180-200 degrees and prepare the filling and decoration for the pie. My apples, peeled and peeled off the hard center with seeds. Then cut apples with thin lobules and lay out of them a layer on the bottom of the mold with the dough. Sprinkle the apples with the remaining sugar.
