Stir the mass all the time so that the yolks do not curdle. When the bird's milk jelly blank has cooled, add softened butter and beat everything. Put the gelatin in the microwave for a few seconds. Beat the whites into a stiff foam and add the gelatin solution, mix. Combine with the yolk cream, mix again, put the dessert into bowls and put in the refrigerator for several hours.
