- 200 gr. pink petals (any color, but preferably small size)
- 200 gr. Sahara
- 1 kg. sugar for syrup
- 400 ml. water for syrup
- 1 lemon
Method of preparation:Rose petals should be washed, cut and slightly crushed. Cover the cut petals with sugar and add the juice of half a lemon. Mix thoroughly. Leave the future jam for 5-6 hours. Meanwhile, prepare the syrup. To do this, pour 1 kg of sugar with water and put on the fire. Cook the syrup until the sugar is completely dissolved, then add the remaining lemon and rose petals to the syrup. After the jam boils, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
