In addition, in winter, when fresh tomatoes are quite expensive (and not tasty in the winter!), You can treat yourself to a sunny pizza, for the preparation of which tomatoes are not needed. Therefore, we put in our culinary treasury recipe of simple and very tasty Hawaiian pizza.
Simple Hawaiian Pizza
- Wheat flour - 1 glass (approximately);
- Yeast dry - 1 teaspoon;
- Milk is half a glass;
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
- Salt - 1 teaspoon;
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon.
- Canned pineapple;
- Ham boiled and smoked;
- Hard cheese (any);
- Ketchup or tomato sauce.
Preparation: Traditional Hawaiian pizza is prepared from yeast dough. The simplest recipe for Hawaiian pizza includes a filling of ham, pineapple and cheese. So prepare the ingredients by chopping the ham and pineapple cubes and wiping the cheese on a large grater. The ham is cut very thin rings, which are then torn into "flaps", and the ringlets of pineapples are cut into three parts. Cheese is crushed with a large grater. Approached the dough spread on the table, kneaded and stretched out of it the basis for pizza (you can pair a round, and you can one big, on the whole baking sheet). Then we move the base to a baking sheet covered with baking paper, and grease the dough with tomato paste. On top, put together pieces of ham, pineapples and mushrooms.
