The Dukan diet allows the following foods:
- lean meat (chops and cutlets from veal, dishes from horse meat, rabbit, beef, that is steaks, tenderloin, loin);
- by-products (liver of a bird, calf, beef liver, beef tongue and lamb);
- fish (fresh, lean, oily, dried, frozen), crab sticks;
- seafood of any kind (crabs, shrimps, lobsters, oysters, crayfish, shellfish, caviar, squid, sea kale and the like);
- poultry (turkey, chicken, guinea fowl, pheasant, partridge, quail, pigeon, etc.). Cooking poultry meat is necessary without skin and tail!
