Fettuccine is one of its varieties: long, thick and wide noodles. By and large, fettuccine is not much different from the same tagliatelle and is prepared, like other pasta, with all sorts of sauces. And there are a great many of these sauces, as you know. So, the name fettuccine refers not only to the noodles themselves, but also to the dish prepared from them and the sauce served with such pasta. Classic fettuccine is considered to be pasta prepared with a creamy sauce with the addition of meat, cheese, mushrooms or seafood. Or without any additions at all. Of course, fettuccine is also prepared with shrimp, which has become quite an affordable product for us today. Classic fettuccine with shrimps

Ingredients:

  • Packing (400 g) of fettuccine;
  • A pound of shrimp;
  • A half cup of cream;
  • 2 garlic cloves;

Fettuccine with shrimps, tomatoes and cheese

Ingredients:

  • Packing of fetuccine;
  • 300 g of frozen shrimp;
  • Head of onions;
  • Garlic clove;
  • Fresh tomato;
  • One third of a glass of sherry;
  • A glass of cream;
  • Parmesan cheese;
  • Dill greens.

Preparation:Cook the fettuccine according to the instructions on the package: boil them in slightly salted water, drain the water, season the noodles with a teaspoon of olive oil and start preparing the sauce. To do this, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and put the chopped onion in it, which we will fry for literally a couple of minutes. Now add the garlic (also chopped) and continue frying for another two minutes. During this time, cut the tomatoes into small cubes and put them in the frying pan. After the tomatoes, put the shrimp in the frying pan and simmer everything together for another two or three minutes. Then turn up the heat, pour sherry into the sauce, wait until the sauce boils and pour the cream into the frying pan. Reduce the heat again and continue cooking the sauce for another three minutes. Fettuccine with tiger (royal) shrimps

Ingredients:

  • Packing of fetuccine;
  • Two glasses of cream;
  • A pound of shrimp;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • Vegetable oil.

Preparation:Chop the garlic and fry it in vegetable oil for about five minutes. Then put the raw shrimp in the frying pan with the garlic and continue frying until the shrimp turn red. While the shrimp are frying, boil the fettuccine according to the instructions on the package and drain the water. Now put the noodles in the frying pan with the shrimp, add the cream and wait for the sauce to boil. After that, put the fettuccine with shrimp on a dish or put it on plates and try it.

Green fettuccine with shrimps

Ingredients:

  • Packing of fetuccine;
  • 300 g of shrimp;
  • Fresh or frozen spinach;
  • Zest of one lemon;

Ingredients:

  • 250 g fillet of salmon or trout;
  • 400 g of shrimp;
  • A glass of cream;
  • Half a glass of white wine (dry);
  • 200 g of Parmesan;
  • Olive oil;
  • Basil;
  • Spice.

Preparation:Boil the fettuccine and drain the water. Grate the cheese. Fry the fish until almost done (fried on the outside, raw on the inside) and cut into pieces. Fry the peeled raw shrimp in a frying pan. Add the fish pieces, pour in the wine and simmer for a couple of minutes. Then pour the cream into the frying pan, add spices to taste and continue simmering for another three to four minutes.
