And what do you mean by the word "fast"? For some, an hour is not particularly long, but for others, twenty minutes is too much. Let's make it clear right away that super-fast pizza preparation is basically impossible. Even heating up a frozen semi-finished product will cost you your precious time. And to prepare a full-fledged pizza, you will need at least half an hour. If this minimum is quite acceptable for you, then add this recipe for making a quick pizza to your culinary collection.
What do you need for a quick pizza?
You will save the maximum amount of time,if you cook pizza from a base purchased in the store. However, not everyone likes semi-finished products and prefers homemade dough. There is also a recipe for quick pizza dough. Moreover, it can be prepared with yeast, or you can make the dough, for example, with kefir. Which recipe you choose is not important. What is important is that the result will be fast, and the pizza delicious. Another important condition for quick pizza preparation is the use of ready-made products for the filling. That is, you need to take any sausages, cheese and tomatoes or tomato paste. Unfortunately, for a quick pizza you will have to give up fresh mushrooms, but you can take canned ones, from minced meat, which must be pre-fried. And from those ingredients that take a long time to "reach" in the oven. However, the recipe for any pizza, the filling for which does not require long preparation, can be considered quick.
Fast pizza by leaps and bounds
This is a pizza recipe based on the famous Italian "Margherita". The pizza turns out really tasty, and it can be prepared really quickly. Ingredients:
- Margarine - 50 g;
- Yeast dry (fast action) - 1 teaspoon;
- Milk is half a glass;
- Flour - until the desired consistency of the dough (1-2 cups);
- Salt - a pinch;
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
Filling:
- Fresh tomatoes - 2-3-piece;
- Cheese hard - 150-200 g.
Preparation:First, you need to warm up the milk slightly and dissolve the sugar and yeast in it, then put it in a warm place. While the yeast is rising, put the margarine in a bowl, add salt, a glass of flour and chop it all into crumbs. While we were preparing the butter-flour crumbs, the yeast had time to rise, and now is the time to add it to the dough. Therefore, pour the yeast into the flour and quickly knead the soft dough. If the dough turns out too soft, add flour to it. But do not get carried away: the required consistency of the dough is the state of soft plasticine. Form a very thin flat cake from the dough (no thicker than five millimeters), sprinkle it with grated cheese, lay out the tomato circles and sprinkle with cheese again. - Salt - half a teaspoon;
- Sugar - a teaspoon;
- Food soda is a quarter teaspoonful.
For the filling:
- Ham - 300 g;
- Tomatoes - 2-3 pieces;
- Onion - 1 head;
- Olives - half a glass;
- Cheese - 200 g;
- Greenery;
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons.
Preparation:Preheat the oven and knead the dough, for which we mix kefir with flour, salt, sugar and soda. For the filling, cut the tomatoes into circles, grate the cheese and cut the ham into bars, and the onion into rings. Then take the pizza base out of the oven and lay out the filling in layers:
