For thin pancake dough, you will need 1 liter of milk, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1.5-2 cups of flour, ¼ teaspoon of soda and ½ teaspoon of salt. According to the recipe, before preparing the dough, you need to heat the milk to a temperature of 30 degrees. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and salt, add a glass of warm milk, vegetable oil and soda, mix well again. Sift the flour through a sieve and pour into the mass, add the remaining milk, mixing everything until the consistency of thin sour cream. For 20 minutes. leave the dough at room temperature, then mix again and bake the circles on a well-heated frying pan. To prepare pancakes with kefir, you will need a glass of kefir, water, boiling water, 450 g of flour, 3 eggs, 40-50 g of sugar, ¼ teaspoon of soda and ½ teaspoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. According to the recipe, kefir is whipped with salt, sugar and eggs in a blender, a glass of water and flour are added to the mass, and everything is whipped again. Soda is poured into a glass of boiling water and quickly added to the dough with vegetable oil. The rather liquid mass, mixed until smooth, is infused for 10-15 minutes, then you can start baking the products.
How can you wrap the filling in pancakes?

The raisins should first be steamed in hot water for about half an hour so that they swell. The cottage cheese should be whipped with sugar, vanilla and lemon juice, add the squeezed swollen raisins and knead well. Cool the mass in the refrigerator. Then put it on a pancake baked on kefir (according to the recipe above), roll it into an envelope or a tube and fry in butter on both sides. For the recipe for pancakes stuffed with chocolate-banana cream, you will need 3 bananas, 3 eggs, 2 cups of milk, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar. Bananas should be peeled and softened to a puree consistency. Mix cocoa with half of the sugar. Heat milk in a saucepan and dissolve sugar and cocoa in it. Beat eggs with the remaining sugar, add milk and bananas. Put the saucepan with cream in a water bath and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool the finished cream and put it in the refrigerator for 25 minutes. The cream can be stored there for several days. It is usually used to fill cold cooled nalistniki and, without frying them, serve with hot tea. Pancakes with topping. In this recipe, the filling is baked with the pancakes together. Unsweetened stuffing for pancakes
Pancakes stuffed with mushroom filling.Thin circles of dough are baked in milk. The filling will be 400 g of champignons, 1 onion, 3-4 green onion feathers, 2 tbsp. sour cream, salt, pepper to taste. Wash the mushrooms and onions and cut into strips, sauté the onion in vegetable oil until golden, add the mushrooms, fry for 10 minutes, add salt and spices. Add the chopped green onions and sour cream to the mass in a frying pan and simmer for 4-5 minutes. The minced meat is “hidden” in the pancakes and served warm. For receiving guests, you can give the products the shape of bags, “tying” them with green onion feathers. Pancake rolls with salmon and cheese. Thin pancakes are ideal for this unusual product. For the filling, you will need 150 g of lightly salted salmon, 200 g of salted salmon, 200 g of salted pepper, 1 ... cream cheese, 5-6 sprigs of dill and 3 pickled cucumbers. Mix the cream cheese with chopped dill. Cut the cucumbers into bars, the salmon into slices. Grease the cooled surface of the nalistnik with the cheese mass, put a few slices of salmon and cucumber bars on top of them. Roll the pancakes into a tube and cut into rolls 4 cm thick.
