  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • basil 7-8 branches
  • chili pepper - 1 pod
  • salt
  • 2 limes per juice
  • ground black pepper
  • extra pure olive oil

Method of preparation:Boil 1.5 liters of water in a large saucepan, add 1.5 teaspoons of salt, crushed garlic (1 clove), pepper, 30 ml of olive oil. Pasta should not be rinsed, as this will wash away the enzyme that helps digest the product. To prevent spaghetti from sticking together, add vegetable oil to the water. Marinate the shrimp while the side dish is cooking. To do this, boil the spaghetti until done and drain in a colander. But back to the shrimp: remove their shells, put them in a bowl. Carefully peel the chili pepper from seeds and membranes, chop finely. Crush 3 cloves of garlic with a knife and chop finely. Pour freshly squeezed lime juice over the chopped vegetables and mix with the shrimp. Leave for an hour in a warm place. Next, pour olive oil into a saucepan, remove the seafood from the marinade and fry on each side for no more than 2 minutes. Now prepare the sauce: fry 4 finely chopped garlic cloves in olive oil. To make the creamy sauce in this pasta recipehad a rich taste, the cream should be very fatty, preferably at least 33%. But if you don’t have any at hand, you can add 1/6 part (of the total volume) of butter to the cream you have. Ingredients:
